  Excellent service and done in a timely manner. Which was greatly appreciated big thank you to Rita she went above and beyond to assure i had to correct part to finish the job that day Bobby as well and 1 other guy i didn't get a chance to thank . Please thank them again for me job well done and i was able to make my plans as scheduled

  my son stopped for an inspection and they proceeded to tell him he needed new tires and a whole laundry list of things before they could pass inspection on it. totaling $2700.00 . He told them he could not wait and would go somewhere else. brought it back to kernersville and inspection was done for a minimal fee and passed with flying colors. just be careful , they are out to make some extra money whether you really need anything or not.

  I came in for an alignment and an oil change. Unfortunately, the mechanic noticed that a lot of other parts needed to be replaced that went with my alignment. Altogether, it would cost me over $5000 to replace all these parts that needed to be replaced. I am extremely grateful that he showed me all the problems. Because I could not replace all of it, they did not charge me for the wheel alignment and the oil change. They saved me a ton of money and because of their honesty, I recommend this place for your place to go for wheel alignments, and your oil change.

  I had been a previous customer c couple years ago and purchased full set new tires. It was a great experience with the technician showing me various options with upfront pricing for everything involved such as valve stems, road hazard, disposal of old tires and labor cost. The manager very courteous and kept me updated on progress of work performed. However, this time my visit to Mr.Tire was complete opposite. The entire staff has been replaced from manager to technicians. The staffer greeted me outside and I asked what the price would be she stated she would not know until after the technician had chance to do his assessment. So I reminded her I need a price quote plus when I scheduled online I indicated I only want Oil Change and do not want tire rotation. Long story short the technician told counter staffer what my car needed instead of telling me. She then called me and verbally told me. I asked her to put it in writing with the parts and labor cost. She then told me she gave .e free top off of my fluids and $25 off courtesy coupon because the entire service is usually over $146.00. Once I refused the multiple additional items she claim needed immediate attention her whole demeanor changed. I paid $113 for the engine oil change service abd supposedly the free items. However, once I got home I looked myself and they DID NOT TOP OFF MY FLUIDS AS STATED. My brake fluid was low, my windshield washer fluid was low and they did not add any engine coolant. All of which were detailed on my summary invoice sheet. Then she only listed & priced 3 things on my invoice from that multiple list of items discussed that required immediate attention as she claim which were cabin air filters, tire alignment, struts & rotors...Not new tire prices or options bec I bought these current tires from this location about 5 years ago. I didn't not like her business ethic. I felt like she the manager/ sen desk staffer was being deceptive about prices, goods and services and I will not ever return to that location and definitely would not recommend it to anyone. Its probably why there was only one other customer there at 9am on weekday. MR.TIRE make it make sense with up front pricing displayed online and at each site. Honesty + upfront pricing + courteous employees equeal happy returning customers and good family, friends and online referrals.
