  Antoin at Mavis in Burlington, NC provided exceptional customer service. He went above & beyond replacing my rear brake pads & rotors on my Volvo V60. I referred here by my sister, Tiffany Royster.   I had a great experience at Mavis Tire in Burlington NC. The guys were very knowledgeable in helping me choose the best tires for my truck. They even took the time to speak with my vehicle warranty folk in order to help me get reimbursed for some of the cost. I would definitely recommend.

  If i could give 10 stars I would! I came in 15 minutes before closing needed my wheel hub on my Jeep knowing I was stretching it thin on time as I leave for Connecticut the next morning, no one else was available until one of the mechanics came out and happily took the job on. He was very friendly, determined and efficient. I highly recommended this location for fast and friendly services! Thank you Vante for all your help!

  I needed an oil change and a tire rotation, so I stopped by Mavis to get everything done in one place. The work was done quickly. Donnell even suggested that my brakes needed replacing, not immediately, but within the next 5k miles. Didn't give me the usual high pressure salesman tactics common at other car repair shops. Now I can budget accordingly to have this repair done next month, at Mavis.

  My brakes were grinding and I knew I needed to get them done- but I was worried about the price and about finding the time to get them done. Many local mechanics will tell you they don’t have time this week to work on your car, etc. I called Mavis and the guy who answered the phone, Doc said to bring it right over. I did and they said they’d look right at it- I was doubtful as I’ve been sold that bag of good before only to sit for ages waiting. But they meant it. About 10-15 min later, one of the mechanics summoned me to the garage and we discussed what was wrong w the brakes and what needed to be replaced. I was naturally concerned over the price- especially being a woman who really doesn’t know much about cars. I’ve received some truly ridiculous quotes for minor repairs. But the price they quoted me was extremely reasonable. I was also able to replace a tire I’d been meaning to replace for some time. Doc and his team really tried to curb the costs and ensure I got the best bang for my buck. I’m confident the Burlington Mavis now has a customer for life!! I’ll definitely be bringing my car back as needed!!
