  This is a thank you to Tanner. I was in an accident on the highway caused by a hazardous object. I was towed to Mavis, and it was just him and another employee working. They were moving quickly, and he was able to put my spare tire on for me, which allowed me to get home, so I could take it to the shop to get my bumper fixed. Thank you again Tanner!!!!! You are greatly appreciated!

  I had a great experience with Antoin today. I arrived right at opening and was greeted promptly. Service was quick and no high pressure sales tactics. Pricing was clear and best of all I got my much needed services completed. I will be returning once in need of tires and hope to work with Antoin on that occasion as well.

  I had an issue with my vehicle on Father's Day and was worried I wouldn't be able to get it taken care of, especially with the shop being close to closing time. The team at Mavis Tires & Brakes went above and beyond to help me in a swift and professional manner within the last hour before they closed. They were friendly, efficient, and got me back on the road much faster than I expected.

  My experience at Mavis Tires was frustrating. I was initially quoted around $382 for two tires and windshield wipers, which seemed very expensive. When I told them I was going to leave and shop around, the price suddenly dropped to $287. While I appreciate that they were willing to work with me on the price, it left me questioning why the original quote was so much higher. It felt like I was being overcharged until I pushed back. Because of that experience, I would encourage other customers to get multiple quotes and ask questions before agreeing to any service.
