  We recently took two cars into this location for oil changes, and inspections. We were assured that both cars could be done on the same day. This turned out to be untrue. We were asked to return the next morning at 10 AM to pick up the second car after its oil has been changed and its tires rotated. When we arrived, we saw one of the employees standing on the street outside of the Location angrily yelling at someone while talking on his cell phone. When we went inside, we were told that our second car was still not ready because they were supposedly short-staffed. Apparently, there weren’t short-staffed enough for this man to believe it was fine to leave his customers to go have an angry personal phone call, however. And the staff didn’t even complete the oil change correctly by resetting our system for the next change date. AVOID this place.

  Jason was very professional, answered all my questions, and provided fast and efficient service. I stopped by for an alignment and to diagnose a suspension noise up front and I was in and out in 20 minutes, ended up being some loose sway bar mounts which Jason tightened for me. 10/10 will be returning

  Very professional and incredibly quick service! I had driven my truck down from Indiana to pick up my daughter and grandson and take them to her husband at Fort Jackson. The morning we were leaving, I discovered a nail in one of my tires. Thankfully, they were able to repair it quickly and had me safely back on the road in no time. Everyone was so kind and helpful, especially given that I was traveling and on a tight schedule. I truly appreciate their excellent service and would highly recommend them!

  A nail in the tire on a Sunday morning sent me into a panic but I quickly found that Mavis Tire was open and not too far away. I called ahead and they got me in ASAP to patch my tire. The staff were friendly and efficient! More people kept showing up and the staff kept greeting folks and letting them know the status of their vehicle and positive the whole time. I had a great experience and I will be back for future car needs.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about Carlos, the manager at Mavis Tires & Brakes on South Church Street in Burlington! From the moment my mama (Joyce) and I walked in, Carlos was absolutely amazing. His personality, attitude, professionalism, and genuine kindness are something you just don’t come across every day. He has that rare ability to make you feel like you’re talking to a friend instead of someone behind a service counter. Carlos is friendly, funny, personable, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he actually cares about his customers. He takes the time to listen, explain things, answer questions, and make sure you understand what is going on with your vehicle. There was never a feeling of being rushed, ignored, or treated like just another customer. And let’s talk about his personality! 😂 Carlos has the kind of personality that can completely change the atmosphere of a place.He is upbeat, approachable, and genuinely pleasant to be around. You can tell that he takes pride in what he does and in the way he treats people. A good manager can run a business. A GREAT manager makes people want to come back. Carlos is that kind of manager. People remember how you make them feel, and Carlos made me feel respected, welcomed, and appreciated.That says a LOT about both him and the team he leads. If you’re in Burlington and need tires, brakes, an inspection, or automotive service, I highly recommend going to the Mavis Tires & Brakes on South Church Street and asking for Carlos. Your vehicle may be the reason you walk through the door, but the customer service is the reason you’ll want to come back! Mavis has a real asset in Carlos.
