Best body repair company ever. The office staff are friendly and very helpful. I dealt with Bill regarding a scrape the length of my hood. It was a hit and run as the driver did not take responsibility for the damage. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful Bill was. He made me feel welcome and treated me as I was a part of the Gerber family. Very unusual behavior for a collision repair service. He spent a lot of time exploring how the damage could have occurred (of great concern to me). He was knowledgeable and proposed several solutions. I elected to not make an insurance claim and he guided me how Gerber and he could help me. I am so thankful for Bill and Gerber that I highly recommend using them if you need their services. They will not gouge you, or take advantage of you financially. I was happy with their predecessor Hudson's but Gerber is a superior successor. You will not be disappointed if you use Gerber Collision and Glass. Bill Burns

I was in an accident in Feb and Insurance made appointment to drop off my Jeep on March 3rd. I did not hear anything from them until I stopped by on Mar 20th to check status. They informed me that it was sent off to get an alignment and found damage to front frame. I came back the following week ( still no communication) and they informed me that the part would be ordered and arrive Apr 15th and would be a priority. I returned Apr 24th and found the jeep was not worked on and account manager would be back next week. I returned on Apr 29th and they had just started working on Jeep and would be "priority". During this process each time it was "just a few weeks" was given as an eta for each time I talked with rep. The jeep had been hit in the passenger front panel and was still drivable. I am extremely upset about the lack of communication and if this was properly diagnosed the frame damage would have been uncovered before taking weeks to find it by another shop. I have been without my car for a few days shy of 2 months and I do not see them getting it back to me anytime soon. When I informed them that the car rental from the insurance was up and I was paying out of pocket, their response was for me to buy a used car and then sell it after I get my jeep back. I do not know what next options are and hopefully they take any steps to try to make this right.

Taking way too long to paint the roof of my truck. Broke stuff taking apart did tell ford dealership until day I was originally get it back. No saying it won’t get it back before our camping trip. Next Monday they said hopefully it will be done. They had the truck week and a half before even starting the job. Very angry right now and disappointed. To top things off went to pick up my truck after they so called fixed it. The spot is still visible and able to be felt. Future looking shows dirt all in paint and a sad attempt to blend on roof top. If I only could let Ford Motor Company know what kind of crap work goes on smmfh
