  I rented a car this past weekend to go out of town. The staff was great and attentive. My only issue was the car. The handling of the car was not good at all. The steering wheel was so tough it made it difficult to drive. Thank God we made to and from our destination. Overall, good experience with Enterprise.

  Never renting with them. Had a bad experience and till this day they have not resolve my issue can’t get a resolution from any of the staff or managers. Bad management and very unprofessional service. To save you the headache book and rent from somewhere else. Our rental broke down in Orlando 10 hours away with no kind of assistance from them. Our trip was ruined and now they won’t even compensate me for my very expensive Disney tickets I wasted because of their faulty vehicle.

  So my review will be short and to the point. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. DO NOT RENT FROM this location. I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks to get my full deposit back. Instead of them taking the initiative to look at their camera to see when I returned my car to make a wrong right. I provided the incorrect return date. Then once I realized it, and called them back, to advise of the wrong date no one seems to care. I have been calling for several days. So I will now just contact corporate.
