  This is the best enterprise I've been to. Service is always 110% even when it's chaotic. Representatives are always cheerful and welcoming and always try there hardest to accommodate every single customer. Would recommend this location for renting a car when in the area.

  Unimpressed by this location. Tried to bait and switch into a cheaper vehicle class because “all they had was minivans” despite confirming the reservation for an SUV while there are over 20 other vehicles in the lot and the exact vehicle class I booked pulling into the lot for a drop off while I’m standing there. Meanwhile I hear them make this same pitch to the guy next to me and they want to charge him a rate of $40 for the same minivan they want to charge me $85 for. Have been a loyal Enterprise customer for over a decade but will be driving the extra 20 minutes to the GSO airport location going forward.

  Aways great customer service. If there is an issue the staff is quick to address the issue.

  This review was a mistake on my part. I visited several on this day. I mistakenly pressed the wrong one. The people here were very courteous and also tried to set up a call if any vehicles came available. My apologies to the team and enterprise in the section. I will leave a review for the airport in greensboro which is the actual issue. Again my apologies

  My experience was not the best. When it comes to the car experience it was good but as of customer service is was terrible. There will be a lady at the front desk by the name of Mary who will take care of you but if you have any personal belongings in the car they will take them once the car is dropped off. They will tell you your personal belongings is safe and will be at the front desk but realistically they will steal your merchandise! Would not recommend
