    I won't go there no more. And please don't leave any money or watches / valuables in your car. I been waiting months now to find out who stoled from my car while it was there. I would of never left it on there if I would of thought they hired thieves to work for them. Can't even trust the big guy to get back to ya. And then they call you a liar. BEWARE!!!

    Imagine a dealership that comes to you. Having a busy schedule and hauling three kids to a dealership sounds fun, right? Said no one. Having to fight for the best, most competitive price is fun? Again, said no one. I shopped every Hyundai dealership I could find looking for the best price and the most transparency. Some still use the old line: “You have to come into the dealership to discuss pricing.” I think some of the larger dealerships miss the mark when it comes to today’s educated buyers. If you're willing to do your research, there is so much information available online about pricing, incentives, and vehicle options. I truly appreciated the no-pressure sales team that simply wanted to help. Nick did a great job supporting my needs, listening to my concerns, and coordinating to find me the exact vehicle I wanted. Craven Kerns, the sales manager, made the negotiation process easy, fair, and straightforward. Phillip made signing and driving easy and straightforward wasting no time! Most importantly, what was promised was exactly what was on the paperwork when it came time to sign—no hidden fees, no dealer add-ons, and no surprise upcharges for things I didn’t want. Crenshaw Hyundai may not be the biggest dealership around, but sometimes the biggest dealerships lose sight of what customers actually want. I’ve never been to a dealership where you can pull up and find most of the models outside with the doors, hoods, and trunks unlocked—and many of them open for you to inspect at your own pace. No one rushes over to pressure you or make you feel uncomfortable. You can simply look around, compare vehicles, and be at ease. The building is also exceptionally clean and modern, with refreshments and snacks available for customers. After looking at their online reviews, I can absolutely see why they are so highly rated. I’m glad I drove an hour to do business with them because they earned it and made the entire process easy from start to finish.

    This is purely about the gentlemen at front end of the service department. The rest of the business seems friendly and helpful. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m female or because I didn’t purchase my car from this dealership but today was my final straw. I’ve had FOUR horrible experiences with them over the past year. All waste of my time - which is money, when you rearrange work to see them. First experience - They talked me into new tires, but then measured them wrong, priced them wrong and while they honored the other price the gentleman made it seem like it was my fault and that I was blessed for this inconvenience. I ended up waiting for 5 hours when all I wanted was an oil change. Second experience - my tire went flat and remember when they put new tires on…they lost my lock key. And were absolutely no help. They claimed the didn’t use it but then why was my compartment gone through. I had to get my car towed to another dealership and they helped me get back on the road. Third - After my inspection last month with their service shop - I thought my car was all ready for a road trip because there was no communication that my front tires were already needed replaced, my front guard was not fully attached and had not been for awhile. I also had 3 recalls that were not mentioned or addressed. This shows me they have an overall lack of quality communication or desire to keep their patrons safe. Fourth (I know - why would I go back??) Because I can drop the car off at 8:30 am and still go to work. Dropped my car off to replace the guard. I made appointment 2 days in advance told them the issue. I asked for the part to be replaced, the 3 recalls handled and an oil change. I had to call them at 345 to see the status of my car. They called at 400 that my car was ready and I could come pick up. I did that…I went to service desk both directing me to the cashier. I go to pay and I’m asked why I’m not being charged for the replacement part and the labor - Here the part needed ordered! They had my car for 7 hours and they saw me when I came in and not one of them could tell me they didn’t resolve the main objective I came in for. Unbelievable. I went to the parts department made sure the part was ordered and the very nice gentleman there is going to call me and I’m going to handle myself. I know cars and parts ..it’s not that I can’t do it myself - it’s just that I chose to pay for it to be completed. I feel bad because in several months I’m going to upgrade my car and the nice sales woman will not be getting my business because of their service department. I can’t keep coming to a place that doesn’t communicate, makes you feel stupid for asking questions and wastes my time.

    Sadly, I have been dealing with this dealership in a way that has left me very unsatisfied. At first, it was great. Friendly staff and went to bat for us. Then they forgot to make sure Freon was in after an engine replacement and that has caused my compressor to not engage correctly so I haven’t had air since for months. [The air & heat worked amazing before the replacement of the engine] We were told they couldn’t fix it (which I had to continuously call to finally be told that the goodwill claim had been denied) and I contacted Hyundai care, they said that it was a dealership fix and we could pay out of pocket. Currently waiting on a call from the dealership again…. This is for Capital Hyundai in GREENSBORO NC
