  These people are the very worst for customer service. NEVER have I been treated to disgracefully. But hey, it's Burlington, NC, am I right??!! LOL. What did I ever expect??

  I do not recommend getting your car serviced here. The staff are very rude and are not shy to give their customers attitude. If you can, have any and all information you might need ready. They are too incompetent to figure anything out, and are too lazy to look anything up.

  I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Crenshaw Hyundai over the last 12-15 yrs, each more expensive than the last. The sales team is great. The service dept USED to be great. While they were under construction, I cut them some slack - things were unorganized understandably. Recently, however, service is at an all time low. This week was the final straw.... I have a 2020 Palisade that I love. At the last maintenance visit there was no mention that my brakes would need attention soon, yet this past Mon, they were grinding. By late afternoon they were screeching and I was afraid to drive it. I called Crenshaw Service - the soonest they could get me in was Thurs. I explained it was my only car -and asked for a loaner. I was told they "don't do that anymore". Funny, last year, I had a loaner from them for over 6 wks while they took forever to correct an issue that was under warranty. With no other choice, I rented a car through Thurs. I had the car towed to Crenshaw on Wed.and made sure they knew it was coming. On Thurs I called first thing in the morning and asked that they let me know specifically what was wrong with the brakes and an estimate of the repair cost. I did not hear from them at all. At 3 pm, I called and asked for a status update. When I had not heard from them by 430, I called again, and was placed on hold for 30 min. At 5, someone came on and told me it was ready. I asked what was done and was told the back brakes on both sides had been replaced. I asked for the cost and was told it was still being calculated. My rental was due back by 6 pm, so not wanting to be stuck paying for another day, I rushed to Crenshaw to get the car. When I got there I was checked out for $552! With no warning! What if that was something I couldn't cover!!!? This is the second or even third time they have done this in the past year. I am officially done. My next car will be from another dealership. Unfortunate for the sales team, and totally the fault of the service dept.

  Always take care of us and our car in a timely manor. They go above and beyond for us. We bought the car and had terrible service at other dealerships when we moved. Now they are the only dealership that puts hands on our car. Thank you Greg in the service department for all you do to take care of Mike and Fran and the 2022 Santa Cruz!
