We drove from Oak Island because the *closest* Nissan dealerships were absolutely impossible to deal with. We already knew what we wanted, they had it, a few emails later, we were headded to Burlington. When we arrived, everything was ready to go! Our sales manager was a delight, the gentleman we dealt with, (Ricky) was wonderful, my husband and I highly recommend purchasing from this dealership. It is well worth the drive for the kindness and professionalism!

Haven't purchased from here, however I have been keeping my eye on a particular vehicle and I have watched it fluctuate from 55k to 74k all the way to 93k. Same VIN vehicle. 🤔 But you can trust them to treat you right. Be careful here

I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by multiple team members who took the time to listen to my needs and answer my questions.
Everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find a vehicle that was suitable for both me and my family. The process felt comfortable and stress-free, and I never felt pressured into making a decision.
I truly appreciate all of the help and support I received throughout the buying process. If you're looking for a dealership that values its customers and works hard to find the right fit for your needs, I would definitely recommend speaking with their team for your next vehicle purchase.

Took my car in for some service work, car was making some misc noises. Between the service manager Chris and the tech. Dillion, my car isn’t making any noises now! The amount of due diligence that Dillion provided while trying to figure things out was incredible! From riding with me to hear what I was hearing, to heavily going through the CVT transmission and the computers, problems solved! And as for Chris, this guy took the time to talk to me and keep me informed as to what was going on! And when I called to ask a question, he made me feel like everything he had going on at that moment was put to the side to take care of what I needed.
Kudos to both of you!!
Highly recommend the Nissan service department in Burlington NC!

I wish I had read the reviews before buying a car from this dealership. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
I traded in my vehicle for a new one, and from the beginning, the process felt very pressured. They pushed hard for me to go over my budget and seemed irritated when I declined. Once I purchased the vehicle, the real nightmare began.
It took multiple phone calls, in-person visits, and repeated follow-ups just to get my trade-in paid off. Then came the tag issue. My tag is now three months expired, and I have continued to get the runaround. Every time I call or go in, I am told to “call tomorrow,” “the tag person is not here,” or “she is on vacation.” No one seems willing to take ownership or provide a real solution.
The receptionist has also been unhelpful, and the overall lack of communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating. Their service department appears to have the same poor reputation based on other reviews.
Please read the reviews before doing business with this dealership. I would not recommend them to anyone.
