Super dope and friendly team! I came here looking for help with a stuck nut on a stud holding a adapter they took a shot at it but weren’t able to get it out (it was really bad) but they didn’t just send me away! They made some calls and asked around to see if they could get me some help at all and after about maybe 30-45 min they had a mobile mechanic they knew and trust come to us and take a shot at it. Definitely took a little longer than expected but he got the job done and didn’t even have to break my stud they did all of this in their own shop! Mind you they could’ve just looked at it said “nothing we can do” gave me my car and sent me away but they went out of there way to try and find me help, got the help to me and resolved my issue and this wasn’t a quick easy process either I got there maybe close to 4 and we didn’t finish till a little after closing for them! Not a lot of places I think would do that and to be a first time customer there and treated that well I can see why they are rated so well because they showed that on day one! But overall great staff and I would recommend them and they are also LOW CAR FRIENDLY which is great for me considering my cars pretty low

I had a new set of tires installed this morning and had the best experience I’ve ever had at any auto shop. Customer service is extremely important to me and Alpha Tire’s customer service is unmatched! Highly recommend!

The team at Alpha Tire was recommended to me. I was looking for a very specific spec of Michelin tires and they were able to order them at a very fair price and install them a few days later. Their team did a great job with the tire swap on my Genesis GV60 taking great care with the sport rims. The tires were all perfectly balanced and inflated which would seem like it should always be the case, but I haven't always had the same luck with other shops around town. Their waiting room was comfortable and I was able to work from my laptop while they completed the work. Ana was great to work with, highly recommended for great service, quality tires, and all at a reasonable price.
We recommend having your brakes inspected at least annually, or sooner if you experience any indicators of brake problems, including unusual sounds, decreased stopping power, or dashboard warning lights.
What are the signs that my brakes need attention?
Common indicators of brake problems include squeaking or grinding sounds, a brake pedal that feels soft or spongy, vibrations during braking, or a brake warning light appearing on your dashboard.
How long do brake pads and rotors typically last?
Brake pad and rotor longevity depends on your driving habits and conditions. Typically, brake pads last between 30,000 and 70,000 miles, while rotors generally last longer, ranging from 70,000 to 100,000 miles.
Do I need to have an appointment?
While we prefer appointments, we also welcome walk-in customers.
Can I drive with worn-out brake pads?
We do not recommend driving with worn brake pads, as this can significantly reduce your vehicle's braking ability and compromise safety. Replacing worn brake pads promptly is essential for maintaining optimal performance.
