- DMDeane Meador2 days ago4.0I was out of town visiting Boone NC and got something in my rear tire and needed a replacement. The staff was very helpful and quick. I feel like it was more expensive than needed for an entry level tire but the service was great!
- TNtrixie NicoleSep 30, 20265.0This place is great now that they got that other manager out of there.. mark, the new manger is not a rip off like the other lady did. I felt they were being honest with me and I will be bringing my services back here
- APAndrew PierceSep 29, 20265.0Great staff. Had a clicking in my steering and technician Trey figured it out and the service manager Nick gave me a great quote compared to other local shops. Had never used Mr tire before but I will never leave. Nationwide warranty and great service. So much thanks for the local Mr tire employees!
- DIDanny Liford IISep 20, 20261.0Was in from Michigan and had a screw in our tire. They said it could not be patched and we needed a new tire. Said they could do the 1 tire for $350 dollars as it was a very special tire. The manager was not very nice when I said we would get a second opinon. The very next shop I went to said it was well within dot patch limits and would have us done in 30 mins. I decided to go to another shop across the street just to see what they would say and also told us it was an easy patch. So I called back the manager of mr tire and he was very rude and told me to F**k off. This was clearly someone trying to take advantage of people from out of town. Be very careful.
- BEBrent EngelSep 18, 20265.0Outstanding customer service, came in after 5pm with concerns about my brakes. They said they would take a look…I needed rear brakes, they ordered the parts and I was fixed and on my way by 7pm. As I was waiting I watched and listened, the man at the front desk was great with everyone that came in, extremely accommodating and pleasant. I give Mr Tire 5 stars for customer service!
