  I had a nail in my tire and just walked in for help, I had a wonderful experience with this tire company from start to finish. Andrew and Tegan were polite, quick and took care of my problem. I highly recommend them all.

  We were in Boone on vacation for the 4th of July when we saw I had a nail in my tire. Mr. Tire quickly took care of us and even let us know about a potential issue we should fix when home. They didn’t push the up sale. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. They were super friendly and it was an excellent experience!!!

  Front desk person was much more engaging than previous visits. She acted like she cared about my issue. I use to hate going here due to lack of a caring attitude. Before they just wanted to sell more services and really didn’t explain things or keep up to date on the progress of your service. Much better visit this time

  Terrible Tire Store. Stay away from them. Purchased Tires from them that wore down to no treads in 18k miles. Service person told me I would have to file Claim directly with Cooper Tire.. Then store manager told me a.different story. She could attempt to file a warranty claim ONLY if I could prove that Wheels were aligned twice in last year. Such crap. I walked out and went to Discount Tire down the road. They promptly filed the warranty claim with Cooper Tire and took care of me. Discount Tire knows how to treat customers. MR TIRE IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY.

  We had our car break down unexpectedly while traveling, and this shop went above and beyond to help us. They quickly diagnosed the issue, kept us informed throughout the process with clear and honest communication over the phone, and were incredibly helpful every step of the way. Their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service were outstanding. They made a stressful situation much easier and took the time to explain what was going on so we always knew what to expect. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable repair shop! As someone who's been working on cars all my life Ive always been nervous to bring anything to a shop but I would recommend Mr. Tire 11/10 times.
