  I have always had a great experience with this location, even with the staff turnover. Everyone is polite and very professional. It makes spending lots of money on my vehicles a less painful 🤣

  Efficient and friendly service! Every where else was closed at 5pm and this location stays open until 7pm. We had a razor blade in our tire with a slow leak. We got there right before 6pm and they took us right in and had us out in about 10 minutes to plug it.

  HORRIBLE. Will damage your car!! I went in for an oil change, waited over an hour and a half and was so tired when I got my car back I didn't notice until the next morning that there was major damage done to the inside of my door panel in my new car. It's ripped up in two places, and will cost $800 to repair. I went back to this Jefferson Rd location as soon as I noticed and spoke to a manager, he came out to look at it, said he would call me after calling the guy who did the work, and made comments about the damage he had seen done on the outside of cars before and gave excuses for why they probably couldn't repair this. Never received a call from him and it has been over a week. Local dealership also said they get many customers come in with damages from Mr. Tire that need a repair. This is horrible business all the way around.

  I took my truck in for an inspection and was told it passed but the rear brakes needed to be replaced and if I didn’t do it soon the rotors would need to be replaced too. The pads were going to be less than $300. After agreeing to do it, they took off the pads and rotors. The lady who was working at the desk went out and told them not to replace the rotors and the technician said they needed to be replaced or the brake pad warranty would be voided. The total cost was over $600. I had to replace the brakes and rotors on my son’s truck (exact same model) 2 months ago and had it done at a different mechanic. The total cost was &457. I would avoid Mr. Tire at all costs.

  After having a difficult time on the phone trying to get someone at the store to talk to it went very well. I needed a trailer tire and luckily they had one in stock. Dropped the tire off and they had it changed out in about 20 minutes. I’ve only dealt with this tire shop two times and they have been very helpful.
