  Made a reservation ahead of time, booked it, had my confirmation and everything set. Scheduled a time and even had the exact car picked out. I get there and after 10 minutes of waiting I'm told that my reservation is null. That they have no cars available and they're in fact booked out for weeks. I was told "the e website allows reservations even when we're full" ok so why is that a thing? What if I flew 14 hours and was stuck at Enterprise after booking a car only to be turned away? What happens then?? Terrible service, awful website, and disgusting turn down service. Absolutely awful. To top it all off they are the only rental agency in the area. I'll NEVER use enterprise again. 10 year customer turned away for life. Go national 👏🏽

  Enterprise Rent-A-Car absolutely has some of the best customer service of any business in any genre every time I'm there I feel like I am treated special they are very very professional and very very friendly and every time I've been there they went out of their way to help me every time try to save me money do everything they possibly can to help me awesome customer service

  STAY AWAY!!! Cars are not clean this place will cancel your reservation without notice. They let you reserve then cancel. Trash customer service the girls working the counter seemed rushed and don’t know how to use a computer. STAY AWAY !!

  They Cancelled my rental 3 hours before i was supposed to pick up after booking a week in advance from boone to Charlotte airport there are no other rentals in Boone. This is unacceptable in my eyes. Now I have a situation of missing my flight while trying to scramble to make other arrangements to get to the airport. I will avoid using this office!

  We had a reservation for a month for a minivan to take us to the Charlotte airport for our out of state move. We showed up early and once they opened said they were sold out. I said there are two minivans on the lot and we were then told they both needed oil changes. We asked to speak to the manager and were told he was in meeting all day in Charlotte. I asked for his card. We were told the manager emailed us and that isn’t true because there was no email from him. She said they didn’t have a phone number on the reservation and once again that isn’t true because I can see my number and email on the reservation. We were only offered a tiny car that would not have worked for our needs hence the reason we reserved a minivan. Never offered to try and find us another vehicle but instead gave us two business cards for shuttle services. I called the number on the manager’s card which just goes to the national reservation department. I even spoke to a few customer service representatives who said they’d escalate and would hear back because this isn’t the way Enterprise operates. Never heard back from anyone so this is in fact how this horrible company treats customers. We were able to find a vehicle at Hertz but it was over an hour away. We are just glad we found a SUV get us and all our luggage/pets to the airport, which is two hours away, in the morning.
