    I reserved a mini van on March 30th for May 18th, went in to see what vans they had on April 13th and a young dark hair guy was extremely rude and told me he didn’t want to “let me” rent a one way van because those are in demand. They sent me a confirmation email on May 11th to do a check in online and I entered all the information requested. I received a call on Saturday (today) May 16 at 11:30, telling me they don’t have a van so they cancelled my reservation. I called several times with no answer, it is now 11:45 and they put my call to an automated system and have me on hold for 10 minutes now and they close at noon and don’t reopen until Monday, then they disconnected my call. This is the ONLY rental company in Boone, so unprofessional. I could have rented a different vehicle for our Move on Monday. I wish I would have read the reviews, this appears to be a common practice at this Enterprise.

    I reserved a car rental a month in advance in Greensboro NC only to be told by phone 20 minutes before my 9:00am pickup on 5/7/29 that no full sized SUV was available in the entire city or nearby area. I called customer service who called a regional manager to address the issue. That call never came. So I did some digging and I found out where my full sized SUV went. I called the Boone location and I was told by an apathetic employee in the same breath that they "had all the cars they needed" but at the same time that they had "pulled cars from everywhere" for the Appalachian State University graduation that weekend. The end result is that I was forced to either cancel my vacation or to take a smaller sized car for a token discount. I did the latter. I took the Road Less Traveled because Enterprise screwed me over.

    Very busy place, But has great customer service and employees are very professional!! They didn't have the car I reserved but put me in another vehicle and I was on my way! Thanks

    Had a reservation through Expedia. They would not fulfill it. Made a reservation through Enterprise. They would not fulfill it. Made another reservation through Enterprise - asking the agent at the offsite location to please double check that the availability was updated in the system. They assured me it was. Nope. Each time, I received a call from the location saying they had no car to rent. Not a one. Nothing in writing about my cancellation, just calls. Caused me much stress and problems during a limited international trip for a family wedding.

    This is the first time in my almost 22 years of living ever writing a bad review and quite frankly, I wish there was a zero star option. My personal vehicle unexpectedly kicked the bucket so, like any normal person, I needed to rent a vehicle, especially because I have bills to pay and I’m in the middle of moving. Naturally, I made a reservation with this Enterprise location for a SUV in which I had to leave early and walk to pick it up. They had the decency to let me know 45 minutes before (technically 30 minutes because of my 15 minute walk) that their lot was sold out although there were multiple vehicles to choose from online during the reservation process. The lady I spoke to was NO help; basically saying, “Well, there’s nothing we can do, figure something out and sorry.” Awful customer service and not a single care in the world for their customers. I’ve already called corporate and while they were apologetic, they were still no help. I don’t care about receiving feedback from this business regarding my comment. Just STAY AWAY. NEVER rent from here. They are so sketchy and rude. Genuinely the worst business I’ve ever dealt with in my life.
