Very friendly and helpful. Completed a great repair on my windshield. Assisted another elderly lady with her insurance while I was there. Would certainly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend this Appalachian Auto Glass! Their efficiency, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly impressed me. They took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem, get to the root of the issue, and make sure it was fixed properly. Their customer service was outstanding, and I really appreciated how helpful, professional, and kind they were throughout the entire process. They also stand behind their work and follow through on their guarantee, which speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to their customers. It’s refreshing to find a business that genuinely cares, takes pride in doing a great job, and makes things right. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing auto glass services!

I had made an appointment with a different glass shop and accidentally showed up to Appalachian auto glass. I then figured out that the one I made an appointment for was an hour away, and Appalachian auto glass was more than willing to help me out and get an appointment with them. The staff was more than amazing. Instead of just sitting around in the waiting room scrolling on my phone The guy working the front desk was super nice and willing to talk. I will definitely be using Appalachian auto glass for future glass repair!

Great service. Great work. Whole process was super easy. Dropped my car off the night before and they had it done sooner than they planned. Got me in and out quick.

The best glass repair shop in town. I had a massive crack in my windshield that required the windshield to be replaced. They easily worked with my insurance company and scheduled the repair. They had my vehicle ready same day as the drop off too. Easy to work with and professional work. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
