  Such amazing service and communication! They were so speedy! I called them about my claim through insurance and they got back to me in 2 days to make an appointment with me! Would so recommend to anyone to come here if you have a crack in your windshield!

  Sean and the staff here are always so polite and helpful. Getting a broken or chipped window is always a bummer, but going here and seeing this great group of people eases the frustration greatly. The quality of their work is always the best you can possibly get. Great service while also being extremely efficient with time.

  I chose Appalachian Auto Glass after seeing them highly recommended locally, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. After my windshield was cracked on Hwy 105 near “Rock Crusher,” I contacted them for an OEM replacement. I provided all requested information, including my VIN and insurance details, and immediately completed the insurance approval process they instructed me to do. My insurance approved the replacement within 30 minutes. I was told Appalachian Auto Glass would receive the approval within 24–48 hours and would contact me by Thursday or Friday to order the glass and schedule installation. I never received a call. When I followed up the next Monday, they initially could not even locate my information and asked me to provide everything again. After several minutes, they finally found my file but said the owner was out of town and they had no updates. I waited another week and called again. Still no clear answers. Eventually the owner admitted the glass had not even been ordered yet — despite having insurance approval for nearly two weeks. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process. No proactive updates, no estimated timeline, and when I asked reasonable questions about the delay, the owner became dismissive and ultimately hung up on me. After two weeks of getting nowhere, I contacted Safelite and had an OEM windshield scheduled for mobile installation within a 10-minute phone call. I always try to support local businesses, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend Appalachian Auto Glass. I’m surprised they have good reviews here because it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever received in any industry.

  Appalachian Auto Glass has made life so much easier with their one stop shop for replacement and taking care of getting it calibrated with the local dealer. Friendly, consistent, dependable! Highly recommend!
