  So kind, respectful, and easy to work with, especially in all of my confusion with the first time windshield crack fiasco. Best in Boone. I could be wrong, but I swear my car was cleaner than it was when I left it with them too!!! So thankful for them and their service. Local and veteran owned!!! Also helpful to work around my work schedule with a drop box option. They got it done same day, 3 hours earlier than they originally said! Also close to a lot of sidewalks/bus stops when I had to leave my car. Gone to them twice now and refuse to do Safelite when I can support such an awesome place.

  A small rock hit my windshield right before a road trip to Maine, and the team at Appalachian Auto Glass went out of their way to fit me into their schedule and get it repaired before I left. They did an excellent job, and I really appreciated their friendly service and willingness to help on short notice. Highly recommend!

  Their work on my BMW 750i was exceptional!! These are great people who obviously care about their customers. Work was completed quickly and with great quality. Please, forget about the big national auto glass corporations, really. They can’t come close to the level of experience and skill that this local shop can deliver. Appalachian Auto Glass is the only place you should go to for any auto glass repairs if you really care about the quality, price and someone who will stand by their work.
