  I needed help getting a nut loose on bicycle tire. Asked if they could help, Jeff found Brian and they worked to get it broke free. They were both very courteous, friendly, and professional. Even though it wasn't in their normal work, they responded quickly and very positively to my request.

  Was told different prices. By 2 different people. Misc bullshit charges came at the end. Just cancelled my other vehicle for tires Dont like getting ripped off. Ps could not explain what misc charges were for

  Evan, Jeff & Brandon have been involved with servicing my vehicle several times and it’s always handled professionally and done quickly. Thankful for honest service without pressured upselling!! They’re the BEST!!

  Picked up a screw in my tire. Mavis Tire was recommended to me. I'm glad I stopped by for repairs. Brandon helped me shortly after I arrived, informed me of the cost and approximate wait time. The wait time was less than anticipated even thought they were very busy on a saturday morning. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. My first visit to Mavis but I'm sure it won't be my last. I'll be back when I need service or tires.

  We are traveling from out town and was having car trouble. My husband stopped in Mavis tire to see what the problem was and they were really nice about diagnosing the problem. The place is very clean and the people here are really nice. Thank you Brandon/ Jeff for such great personable customer service! You showed that you really care about your customers.
