(Battery was still in my vehicle) She insist that she check it 1st. Ok. After it was checked, we went back into the store and she decided to help another customer at a different computer while I waited at the system where she was helping me at. When she finally came back I told her I needed the battery. Then she started to talk to another customer while still helping me. Then she said, she have to measure it first to see if it fits. She left and started to help another customer and I was still waiting. I just left the store without the battery and drove to Jacksonville, NC. I bought one there an they installed it was installed within 15 mins. I waited 20 mins in Beulaville and still didn't have a battery. Very poor service. Won't stop there again. I'll go to Auto Zone next time. It was the long hair brunette lady. She need to be fired.
