  Check their work before you leave! Had my oil changed here a month ago and just found out they did a completely careless job. They didn't bother to properly tighten or secure the underbody tray, so it's been hanging loose. Worse yet, I just discovered a fresh oil leak because of their sloppy work. I trusted this shop to perform basic maintenance, but instead, I left with a damaged shield and a leaking engine. Completely unacceptable.

  I was well taken care of. The team was friendly, professional and really experienced. It didnt feel like they were trying to up sale me or trying to get over. They really just cared about me having a great experience. This was my first time at Valvoline but I will definitely come back.

  I visited this location 4/29/26 to get my car fully serviced and they went above and beyond I didn’t have too much knowledge on cars because I had just bought it and they walked me through everything they were doing Noah started me off talking through what was going to happen along with Zach who I had seen previously when he did my car inspection a few days prior I told them my concerns and they got straight to work not only were they quick but they were exceptionally friendly and patient Zeus was the store manager on duty and he absolutely ran the store with grace he was very kind and walked me through pricing and what to get done for next time beside him was Dameon that was handling a bay next to me and also pitching in when needed these guys did a phenomenal job and quickly gained me as a returning customer thank you so much to the guys at Valvoline Belmont I will absolutely be back.

  Was helped by Zach and Alexander with an oil change. Super cool guys, knowledgeable,friendly and great attitude. Definitely come see these guys for your preventive maintenance!

  I think the guys name was Larry he Drives a red kia soul. I’m thinking he is the manager which makes this even more tasteless… He was sitting outside of the shop in his car when I pulled up. He looked me directly in my eyes and shook his head because I guess he was ready to be done having customers for the day. He looked as if he were trying to intimidate me. I told the other guys about his behavior and he didnt bother to apologize. He just took off in his vehicle. Shoutout to the other guys for being professional. Todays date is 4/14
