  Went to get my car inspected and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Fastest service I’ve ever had for a car inspection and they were very nice.

  The oil change was performed expertly and in a quick (although, not hurried) fashion. The young technicians conferred on the course of action, the steps along the way and brought certain items to my attention that needed attending to at that time or in the near future.

  Raphael(?) the manager was patient in explaining what I need to do to pass inspection. One of the staff guys thoughtfully printed out the steps, just to make sure I don't forget. Great group of hard working guys.

  From the moment I got there, I felt like people did not listen to me. I asked the first person I encountered for an oil change and inspection. They told me where to pull my car and said that it would not be a long wait. The person who I assume was the manager came by and asked the same thing said I wanted an oil change and an inspection and he said OK. It was my turn to pull into the bay and I felt like the entire time I was not listening to and treated like I was an afterthought. The kid who was doing my oil Change was very apathetic and he did not have a good customer service. When he finished my oil change, he started to check me out on the computer and I asked if my inspection was done and he said no one said you were getting an inspection on your service plan. I explained to him that I told two people that I was and he kind of had an attitude when he went about getting my inspection. Normally, I’m allowed to stay in my car and he was very abrasive when he said you have to get out of your car it’s state law. I went into the lobby to wait and he came in asking where my registration was. I explained that I left it on the console and he got an attitude with me and said well I wasn’t going to rifle through your car looking for it even though I knew they would need it and left it exactly where they could find it. Like it was an expensive service even with the coupon that I had. The oil change has gone up significantly since the last time I got it done and I got topped into having fuel service done that cost $25 For them to pour a bottle in my fuel line, which I could’ve done myself for cheaper. Overall, this was not a great experience, and I would much rather drive a little bit further to the one in Gastonia, where they are a lot nicer.
