  Full service oil. Dod not check any fluids but out did not check air untill I refused to pay and manager step in.did not try to up sell wipers or filter

  Waited 40 minutes for a safety inspection and oil change, only to find out they had forgotten to do the oil change. I was then told I would have to go to the back of the line because they only had one bay open. What made the experience even more frustrating was feeling like my concerns weren’t really being heard or understood when Unfortunately, the service at this location. it’s a complete waste of time. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and avoiding this location in the future.

  THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE A MANUAL. Have gone here for the past 2 years. Service has been decent for oil changes and inspections. However, was turned away today because the inspector didn't know how to drive a manual 5-speed for the inspection. I have never been to any sort of car shop that has workers who dont know how to drive a manual... Individual stated they were supposed to be trained next month. Do with that information what you may.

  Unfortunately this was an unpleasant visit. I have been to this location numerous times, but not again after this visit. Went to get an inspection, but it took over an hour. To my surprise the oil changes come first, and that's what the manager pretty much stated. I told him he should tell the customer that when they arrive for an inspection. The most shocking was the manager stated it wasn't his problem, he had only been there a week. I asked then it's the customer's?. After that unpleasant conversation I paid and left. When I got to looking at my receipt that I was handed it wasn't even for my vehicle. This location needs help (the right type). Sorry you have lost a customer.

  This place is the worse, the last 3 times I’ve been it have taken all most an hour to get in and out, went this morning Sunday, got there at 9:53am one car in bay 1 none in bay 2 , waited behind Bay one for 22 minutes five cars behind me and I finally got in. 22 minutes later then it took him 24 minutes to change my oil l,unless I get some kind of half-price coupon. I will never come back to this one in Belmont.
