  Ridiculous. The guy insisted I pull onto the tracks behind a car that hadn’t even started to move. Then he ran back inside like he had something more important to do. He definitely looked like he might need some help. Been going here a long time. But think it’s time I changed.

  I have been a loyal customer to this location since the first month they opened but today they have officially lost me…. It’s clear you guys do not check the quality of your vacuums as I have noticed they have slowly degraded over time. Today I had to move parking spots 3 times to find vacuums that worked on both sides of me. Have not found one air blaster that works in any of the spots in at least a year. Do you guys just not care to replace things that don’t work? I’m confused haha. Will be trying autobell down the road as I’ve heard from several people the quality is better and it’s cheaper!

  First time trying this location. I don’t know why I ever give Zips a chance. Every location is never 100% functional. At this one, no pre-spray, guy waving me in never looked up from his phone, and none of the air compressors worked.

  Stopped here for a quick wash on a Sunday. The wash & rinse water was so filthy my car looked dirtier than when I drove in. FYI - car washes recycle the wash & rinse water for environmental & cost reasons. However, if you don’t pump out & replace the water often enough, results aren’t great.
