- TGTina Garrett3 days ago5.0I had forgotten my recently replaced debit card was linked to my zips account and was surprised when I showed up to get my car washed and my account wasn’t recognized. Just as I was trying to figure out what was wrong , Braden showed up and quickly and efficiently identified the issue, and fixed it in the system. His friendliness and efficiency were particularly noteworthy since there were several cars behind me, it was a very hot day, and he was there by himself – the only person working at the car wash that afternoon. In spite of all of that, he was unflappable and welcoming. I hope you know what an exceptional employee you have in Braden.

The car wash left chemicals on my car that can’t be removed and I got my car detailed and they have to charge me 300$ to get the chemical buffed out. I wouldn’t even give this car wash one star. The WORST car wash I have ever been too.
