I prefer it because its the closest to my house but more times than not, they are out of towels so wet spots end up appearing on my truck. Also they usually already have one side of the vacuums shut off well before closing time with plenty of cars still coming through. I still love Zips but it just seems this location isn't up to par like the rest of them.
- JJJaylan JeterMay 12, 20261.0The new younger black guy that works here is horrible seems like he doesn’t like his job he doesn’t even guide you in the correct way he just lets you pull in doesn’t tell you the directions when you enter the tunnel they usually guide you in the tunnel tell you to put your car in neutral hands off the wheel, they also usually spray the car off before you enter the wash he didn’t even do any of that and mind you this is the second time I’ve been here today and the service isn’t good like I usually get!!!!if you don’t like your job don’t work there!!!
