  I love this place! Josh went above and beyond for my elderly mother today! After going through the car wash twice, the car wasn't clean. Josh took the time to hand wash my mother car while performing his manager duties. I'm very greatful for Josh helping my mother as I live out of town.

  I went yesterday and tried to buy the cheapest $18 wash. The attendant told me the next one was on special (originally $24) for $18. I check my bank statement today and of course I was charged $24. Why blatantly scam people? Now I won’t come back and hope others see this so they don’t get scammed too.

  Worst service ever Saturday 08/01/26 ask for receipt that stated they can’t gave me a receipt paid for $30 dollar car wash truck not even clean dirty wheel not even shine on tires ask for Restrooms no restrooms for customers

  It’s 7:30 AM and they’re not open. So just to be clear, these people are not open before I go to work and by the time I get off work and get here they’re not open then either. If the sun is shining this place should be open. Why on earth do I have a membership here?

  I have been a zips car wash member for 2 years. I have noticed a significant deterioration in customer service and quality in the car wash facility in the last 6 months and will be cancelling my membership. I was shocked to see this location waa 4.3 starts but all the new reviews are mostly negative further showing how down hill it has gone. Let me tell you my experience and why you would never want to give your money to them. Saturday 4pm 1 car in the non member line. I go through the member line zips car wash employees helps the nonmember pay completely understandable. But here is the issue. We both get through wait for the zip car wash employees. 1 minute goes by 5 minutes 10 minutes. We honk and then go out to look. The employee says there bust with something else and will be another minutes. So waited 15 minutes when there was not a car infront of me. So go through the car wash go to park. I go to the facility where they have rags. All the rags are wet and not any in the clean station. Then use a dirty rag to dry my car. Then i start using the vacuum cleaner. Does not work. Drive to another does not work. Did find one that worked on the 4th try! Then i go use the cleaner provided. None in there empty. If this was a one off bad experience here i would not leave a review. But all these issues happen constantly every time you go there. I would recommend if you read this going to any other car wash in the area besides zips until they change there ways
