- LLLuna Love1 day ago5.0I have been getting my oil changed at Valvoline for almost 3 years now and I can’t sing their praises enough. All of the guys who have worked on my car have been super knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Both of their managers are so nice and professional as well. They always make an effort to greet each of the customers. I trust them with my car and I won’t go anywhere else to get my oil changes and inspections. They recommend services I am due for or will be in the future but they not pushy about getting the services. I love the fact I can sit in my car while they are working. The extra bonus is that I can bring my car back in between oil changes and they will top off all of my fluids which is a lifesaver for my car. I thought I had an oil leak but they made sure it wasn’t leaking and told me Hyundais just burn through more oil. Yay me lol!

- LBLora BrankMay 4, 20265.0It was amazing! Isaiah and Jake immediately came out and introduced themselves. Told me exactly what was going on. Told me they would get me in as soon as possible. When I pulled in I was amazed at the team work happening in all 3 bays. They changed my oil and then TJ told me I needed to probably have a radiator flush since it was due at 100,000 miles and hadn't been done. I agreed and they quickly took care of that as well. They all were very pleasant and I was impressed with the communication between all 3 bays. Jake who was on top of things kept encouraging the team and kept the up to date with time and how many customers were waiting. I was truly impressed with their teamwork, attitudes and most of all their customer service. It was top notch and a great start to my Friday. They all deserve to be commended.
- AFAndrea FaunceApr 21, 20265.0The manager was friendly and helpful. All the staff were. They noticed that there was a bolt missing from the battery cover (best I can remember, that's what it was). The manager said that they didn't carry that part but one of the techs went and looked to see if he had one in his personal vehicle. He did and it wasn't an exact fit but he was able to thread it on enough that the battery wouldn't go anywhere. That is ABOVE THE TOP customer service!
