- JLJordan Levitoday5.0I got a large nail in my tire this morning and needed to be somewhere quickly for my kids. I went to valvoline because they were opened early and close. Even though this isn’t something they usually do or can help with, they change my tire and put my spare on. I am so grateful for their kindness and willingness to help me even though it’s outside what they’re expected to do. They really saved my day. They were kind, quick and very helpful. Sammy was exceptional. They gained a customer today.
- BVBob VandenbergOct 2, 20265.0I loved the efficiency of both the oil change and the tire rotation/balance. Also, Mo identified the source of an oil leak and fixed it. No more dripping oil on the garage floor.
- GSGloria SilversSep 28, 20265.0I have went to this place for several years & several cars. 🤣 They are always super friendly & informative. I normally get my just get my oil changed & a break light fixed or another light. I can always find a great coupon to help me out from online. They are a little bit tonight pricey for other things. But they are my go to for oil.
- WRWilliam RogersSep 26, 20262.0Came in for a tire rotation. Watched the entire process and they did not even check the pressure and fill up the tires when they were done. I inquired and was told “absolutely” they did - guess it was a phantom tech who did it. Once I reset the TPMS all 4 showed they were still below 41 PSI. I challenged this and was told I’d have to get back in line - not waiting another hour for them to do what they were supposed to do in the first place. Very disappointed.
- RRRyan RollingsSep 22, 20265.0Absolute top service. The manager there is running a great team. Christopher did a fantastic job. They also found a missing fastener on my slip plate, let me know then buttoned it up for me at no cost. That's great customer service!
