  Thomas Kramer and Nate took care of me. I totally rely on Valvoline to keep my vehicle running well. I find them to be quick, professional and thorough. I rarely go to the dealer for service. The convenience and trustworthy service I get here makes me a loyal customer.

  Worked with Thomas, who completely ignored half of our requests and was very rude when asked about it. Then he just left the place so he couldn’t further help. Very rude!!! He also tried to pick an argument with me because I was frustrated with his behavior and simply questioning his confusing methods. Cory saved the day though. Yay Cory!!!

  Cory was so kind and helpful, got me in and out in under 20 minutes with a full service oil change and a safety inspection. He explained what they were going to do ahead of time and confirmed what was done after the fact. I am always leery about taking my car anywhere to get worked on, but Cory, Douglas, and Mitchell were helpful, quick, and kind. It was an overwhelmingly positive experience.

  BEWARE this location and their "Windshield Wiper Scam!" I went in for a simple car inspection only to be given "The Wiper Scam" script. Since Valvoline does not make much money on state inspections ($30), they have to upsell you on other things. NC law requires "blades and arms must be intact, undamaged, and fully operational" to pass inspection so, Valvoline uses this to scare customers into buying EXPENSIVE wipers; they quoted me $55! My wipers were only 3 months old and knew they were fine. I asked for my care back and left. Went to a REPUTABLE inspector and passed with no problems. I asked about the wiper condition and was told "they look new, there's nothing wrong with them." This is the second time I have had this issue at a Valvoline, at large. I spoke with a former employee of this location and was told that "employees are encouraged to exaggerate issues to generate revenue." Also, I was quoted $85 for an oil change. PASS! If you MUST go here for an inspection, check your wipers before hand. Good luck!
