- MBMarcia Brackett5 days ago5.0I visited this location yesterday to check the oil levels in a new to me car, Big John was super helpful talked me through and taught me the process of checking the oil on a car without a dipstick. Grid offered me the snacks and drinks for customer appreciation even though I wasn't making a purchase today- I'm still 1k out from the last oil change from Valvoline. Super friendly and helpful staff all around. I'll be returning.
- SSSeeWithG6 days ago5.0I love this place ! They always treat me like a princess, especially during customer appreciation day! Thanks for the pizza and goodies! They always get me right ! Very fast and everyone is super nice and friendly.
- TTTraveller6 days ago3.0We normally dont go to this Valvoline Oil Change center, but the manager from our original center told us about the half off here. Pulled in, Great appearance and greeting from Grid the Sales Manager. Put us right in line, told us free pizza and drinks, great. Got in line, parked car. I myself, The Traveller got out to get a slice of pizza, stopped to talk with Grid, sales manager. Explained that I had over 1.1 million customers look at my reviews. Asked him if he wanted me to take a few pictures and mention him and the business, he replied, no, we do alright. So of all the places I have gone too, this individual, Grid, is the must disrespectful person of management I have ever meant. My reviews are all free of charge. The rest of the employees were excellent but this clown has an attitude problem. Im sure he is only there for this event. Really could care less about the oil change center, he played the part.
- PDPeggy DanielsOct 8, 20265.0Had my car’s oil changed today at Valvoline on Hendersonville Road in Asheville. The crew was fantastic, especially Allison! —So friendly, going out of their way to provide great service — checking lights, tires, windshield cleaner etc. Thanks to Allison, Malik, Jeffrey, and Kevin! Great job!
- CSCoribe SmithOct 5, 20261.0Customer Service has went down hill due to new team. I was a loyal customer until I was refused my regular discount just because I provided my own oil at oil change. I have decided to take my business elsewhere.
