  The assistant manager Jay, was kind, patient and helpful. He took the time explain everything to me and brought attention things in my car that needed to be looked at. I didn’t feel pressured to fix everything all at once. He printed pit a maintenance paper for my car to help keep track when specific things needed to be looked at. I appreciated his time and attitude. Service was quick and easy. Everything took less than 30 minutes.

  Went to Valvoline on Sardis road crew was awesome and really personable. Great choice in music and just overall great personalities and was completed in 15 mins. John, Jackson and the crew during the day shift on 16May2026 they were awesome and they checked our tires due to the low air and informed us that the tires on our driver side and driver side passenger was really low. They also changed our oil with ease and asked if we wanted to change our filter we opted to not change it at this time but now we know that we would need to next appointment. Thanks again for the awesome service.

  Staff Brian was Professional and very knowledgeable about my car and the product I needed! Garage area was clean they had a device that took the oil out and I could see the color of my oil!

  Super easy in and out for an oil change. Jay the manager was super friendly with lots of information about my car. He even printed me out some paperwork about my car for me and explained it. Will be coming back.

  I had an outstanding experience at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Sardis Road in Asheville. From start to finish, the service was professional, fast, and genuinely respectful. Manager Lucas and coworker Brandon did a fantastic job taking care of my vehicle and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were very responsive as soon as I arrived, communicated clearly throughout the service, and worked efficiently without making me feel rushed. You can tell they take pride in what they do and value customer service. Both Lucas and Brandon were polite, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled the right way. What really stood out to me was their honesty and attention to detail. They noticed and informed me that the brush/skid plate underneath my car was damaged/loose, which is something they easily could have ignored. I truly appreciated them taking the time to point that out so I could address it before it became a bigger issue. That kind of professionalism and care is hard to find. The oil change was completed quickly, and the entire team made me feel like a valued customer. It’s refreshing to go somewhere where the staff is respectful, efficient, and looking out for your best interest. Huge thank you to Lucas and Brandon for the excellent service. Because of employees like them, I’ll absolutely be returning to this location and recommending it to others. 5 stars all the way!
