  They underfilled my jeep and my wife's Subaru. I took it back by there to show them. They blew it off like oh its not low they burn a gallon every 1,000 miles. I told the guy my jeep doesn't burn oil like that he said they burn oil from the factory like that. I've had my oil changed other places and never had to take my jeep back to the place I got my oil changed 3,000 miles after a full synthetic oil change. But the guy blew it off and acted like it was normal. I'm a plumber so what do I know about cars.

  Have been here many times for oil changes, and also have done state inspections here too. They are fast and have lovely customer service. Kevin is great!

  So friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and honest! I appreciated how the staff were very upfront about pricing and showed me price breakdowns in writing before doing the service they were offering. I felt like I took my car on a trip to the spa! She’s purring!

  I went to Stricklands to get my emissions test to renew my license plate sticker. There was no waiting, the young man who took my information was such a big help. I had to fill out some information by way of cell phone. He helped me through the process. The young man who did the testing also found a slight issue with the muffler, something needed to be tightened. They were both amazing. I am 73byears old and sometimes we just need a little extra attention. This had to be the best experience for me that I have encountered . 5 stars to those two employees. Thank you from the bottom of my ❤️.

  Kevin met me with a bottle of water, a smile and asked which service I needed. That's impressive in itself. I had questions about. The cost of an oil change because their sign advertised $14.99 tire rotation with the oil change!!! Kevin answered all of my questions Patiently. I needed an inspection. I shared with them that the Toyota dealership on Brevard Rd will honor their free oil change for life..... ONLY if you have all of your service performed by Them!!! My 2017 Highlander is paid for and my extended warranty is has expired. I bought my tires at Sam's club bc they will rotate my tires for as long as I have the tires on my car plus other necessary checks and benefits. At my recent visit last month to get my Free oil change....I already had my tires rotated at Sam's therefore ALL I NEEDED WAS THE OIL CHANGE... The service technician said I needed too pay for the tire rotation even though they had already been rotated!!! I had to seriously but kindly haggle with her about the fact that I was not paying for a service that was not performed!! I did not pay for that rotation, but they had me sign a form that says when I return for my next scheduled services, I will have all of my cars service needs performed by them...... Apparantly, I had not read the extremely fine print.. ... I signed it but, they might as well shred it bc I will not be going back there. Inflation, tarrifs, the war, gas and grocery prices etc...have hit EVERYONE HARD. Seniors on SS/ and disability have fixed incomes. Minimum wage has not increased, and people are not getting raises! I will only use Strickland Brothers for my oil changes, tire rotations and inspections. They offer quality fast efficient work for very reasonable rates. Their staff even took a bag of garbage I collected from my trunk as I was waiting. Thank you Guys Roxann
