  Brian, the technician that performed the windshield replacement, was as personable and professional as they come. Great explanations, educated me quite a bit on the installation as well as care of repair until driving or washing the car. Extremely personable and pleasant. Highly recommend him without reservation. Great job!

  I was told that they would come to the house to replace my windshield it is a warranty replacement. The gentleman who was here last. Placed duct tape at the bottom of the windshield. I have had no water in the car since then. We had had the rain. So now after being told they would come to the house to replace the windshield. Now I have to take the car to the shop. To where I was told it would be three or more hours. Now speaking with a supervisor. It will be two. They have to do a water test for an hour. Great soak the inside and cause mold issues. Who has that time to go and wait. People work and can not pick me up. Told them to forgot it. They do not stand by warranties.

  My technician Cole was fantastic. I set up the mobile appointment to come to my job on Saturday and the only time they had available was noon - 5pm, which was fine, but Cole called me that morning around 8am and was able to come out and replace my windshield right then. He was fast, friendly, and even took the time to answer a question I had about the process of calibrating my safety system. This is the first replacement ive had with this vehicle, but its probably the 4th I've had with all my vehicles over the years and ive used Safelite everytime and its always been a fast and easy experience. The technicians always seem genuine friendly, not like some business where you can tell the employee is just faking it because they're at work. Every technician ive ever had has genuinely seemed to enjoy their job.

  While everyone was very nice and the service was quick, I regret using them. My new windshield is not what I was expecting. I was expecting the same brand but it’s an off market. It’s also very hazy when the sun hits it. I hate it so much and I’m just being told over and over that it’s normal and “good enough”. My insurance deductible was $1k and I am absolutely not happy with it. I hate it so much that I’m going to spend extra money to have it done at a dealership. I wish I had never used them.

  After a negative experience at another Safelite location, I decided to give Safelite one more try at the Biltmore location. I'm so glad I did! The team was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The service was fast, communication was great, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you for being so helpful and turning a frustrating situation into such a positive one. Highly recommend this location!
