  Colin and Brendan were great, I can tell they really care about what they do. They were able to help us replace our tires in a timely manner and were very helpful. Would recommend!

  Brendan was great at getting me in late on a Sunday. Emergency brake job during a driving shift. Josh had everything fixed very fast and showed me some things underneath the car that were helpful. Overall, super friendly, understanding, and very accommodating to my needs. I will definitely be coming to this location for more services. Thank you guys!

  Went in to get a single tire put on a rim. The outsourced customer service was seamingly incapable of communicating with the service reps on location. When I showed up for my appointment it became clear that the onsite service reps were the weak point of communication. I was asked for a bunch of info about the car I was driving, which I didnt have immediately available. I was confused why they needed to know about my car to put a tire on a rim so I asked why and the rep said I could leave if I had that attitude (I wasnt displaying any attitude besides confusion). So I left. I wont argue. Im never going back. I get that she was probably having a bad time or whatever, but thats not an excuse to take out her feelings on a stranger. I think this business is dysfunctional to the point where its affecting the employees wellbeing.

  I went in for new brakes at the Patton location in Asheville. In the process, the shop lost the locking tool that was specific to my car. I ended up having to go to the dealership for help after several weeks of waiting on the store to figure it out. not a great experience at all.

  I called and made an appointment to come in and when I got there no one was in the office for about 15 minutes and finally someone came out and said they couldn't do any more work today. So I wasted time and gas driving to a place that I had an appointment with. That didn't care at all and basically just said oh you can't do it. They said that the call center had no connection with their service and just made appointments without regard to them.
