  Got tires awhile back. It was a horrible experience but didn’t write at the time. Was getting tires that were supposed to be in stock. Got 3 tires on then they realized the 4th wasn’t there. Had to bring in from another store. What was supposed to take under an hour took almost 4 hours. Now I came to get the tires rotated, all they have is an answering service for appointments, asked for a call back from manager to ask a question. Never got a call back. Drove over to just get tires rotated and the only person that works the front had drove over to another store for some reason and now have to wait till they get back to get the free tire rotation. This place is so bad for so many reasons I’m surprised they are still in business. Go anywhere else if you want a hassle free experience. Mr Tire on tunnel road is a joke.

  I was very impressed with my service and especiqlly with the staff. The manager was so very helpful and pleasant as were the mechanics . Over zll great experience. I will recommend them to others.

  Colin and Brendan were great, I can tell they really care about what they do. They were able to help us replace our tires in a timely manner and were very helpful. Would recommend!

  Brendan was great at getting me in late on a Sunday. Emergency brake job during a driving shift. Josh had everything fixed very fast and showed me some things underneath the car that were helpful. Overall, super friendly, understanding, and very accommodating to my needs. I will definitely be coming to this location for more services. Thank you guys!

  Went in to get a single tire put on a rim. The outsourced customer service was seamingly incapable of communicating with the service reps on location. When I showed up for my appointment it became clear that the onsite service reps were the weak point of communication. I was asked for a bunch of info about the car I was driving, which I didnt have immediately available. I was confused why they needed to know about my car to put a tire on a rim so I asked why and the rep said I could leave if I had that attitude (I wasnt displaying any attitude besides confusion). So I left. I wont argue. Im never going back. I get that she was probably having a bad time or whatever, but thats not an excuse to take out her feelings on a stranger. I think this business is dysfunctional to the point where its affecting the employees wellbeing.
