  I was given detailed information of what I needed and all the options and they were able to get me in right away. Phoenix was very helpful, friendly, and polite. I felt like I was dealing with honest and knowledge people. I will return should I need any future service.

  I had a tire pressure light blinking on a work vehicle. I stopped at Mr. Tire and they were amazing. They checked the pressure and added air where needed, reassured me I was safe to drive and told me to let my boss know if the light did NOT go off because it's a sensor needing replaced. These guys were sweet and so helpful. I made it back to work feeling much better. Go see them!

  Phoenix done a great job of diagnosing and replacing the fuel pump on my 2000 Mustang. I would highly recommend Mr Tire on Patton Avenue.

  these guys are literally the best and unlike a lot of mechanics dont automatically assume that you know nothing about cars and overcharge you . the prices here for maintenance are incredibly reasonable (~$150 for transmission fluid change hell yes) and these people will work with your budget!!! love these people 🙂‍↕️

  Far overpriced at 36$ per tire for installation of tires you bring. Insane. It's about 20-25$ at Fender and Tire Co in Weaverville. Want $300 tire install? Get them on Amazon and ask Fender Tire Co to install them. It was around $100 for the whole set last time (installation- tires were $200 on Amazon for a 4 pack). People should know about this- $900 for tires is absolute robbery and is completely predatory. My Amazon tires lasted 6 years and many road trips (and I own a small business that requires me to commute 20-100 miles 5 days a week). I figured this out as a late teen and am now seeing what the rest of the world is used to. Insane!!! Also- oil changes cost about $30-$35 bucks to do yourself usually and takes 30 minutes (once well practiced). Break pads are almost exactly the same. Such a predatory market. Guhh!! (my mom owned an auto repair shop- hense my view on all of this and surprise). (PS- an Asheville tools library subscription is about $50 a year- in case you don't have tools and think that might be an absacle. Took about $100-150 to get al the tools myself on Amazon, tbh)
