- DFDavid FinnertyJul 28, 20264.0I had a run flat tire leaking air and needed it repaired, if possible. I called numerous tire stores. Many were closed or would not repair a run flat tire. So, I called Mr. Tire in Asheville, NC. Phoenix, the manager, set up an appointment that afternoon at 1:00. I arrived at 1:00 and Phoenix greeted me and got my car in the shop right away, had the tire inspected, patched, balanced and installed on my car within an hour. Phoenix was very knowledgeable, helpful and provided great customer service.

Rest assured, You will be well taken care of. He came highly recommended by my Airbnb host. I was on a very long road trip from Texas, my back tires were spent, bald. The sensors were acting up on gravel and slow turns. It was the day before 4th of July, at 5:30pm he was very up front with me told me I can check your tires but I can't do any repairs until tomorrow & my back tires were both bad & bald ( I had been expecting to repair them but had no idea how soon.). So I asked him if he had them in stock he said yes and could do them early tomorrow morning on the 4th of July and he did exactly that plus check for punctures & nails as well as brakes. All for a fair price. So grateful because I had another long trek to FL ahead of me. He gave me peace of mind for the journey ahead. Anytime I need tires or brakes service in NC, I will go out of my way to go to Mr. Tire. Homes quality service at a fair prce.
