  Wow! Thanks for the free tire rotation (and easy scheduling.) James is providing friendly service at the front desk, a there's a chill TV-free lobby for your wait. Friendly customer named Derek helped me work the QR code. Corporate policies probably require staff to request these reviews, which I object to, but I'll still come back.

  I really don't have the proper words to descibe the experience we have had with Mavis Tire. We recently got new tires, installed by Mavis. Not long after, we went to change our brakes before a road trip and my husband couldn't get the lugnuts off, they were overtightened. We took the car down to Mavis who would admit no fault on their end and insisted that our lugnuts had swelled and that we needed new. They replaced them, with the incorrect size. Lisa proudly told us on the phone that she tightened them herself. We were driving through Kentucky the next day and had noticed our car was shaking in a strange manner throughout the trip, it got gradually worse so we pulled off. When we jacked the car up, we were able to remove the tire WITH THE LUG NUTS ON. Mavis could have legitimately just killed my family. We just had to have some random good Samaritan drive my husband to go buy new lugnuts, in the correct size. He had to install them on the side of the road in the pouring rain. We are lucky to be alive. Trust me when I say, DO NOT GO TO MAVIS FOR LITERALLY ANYTHING and also, I think Lisa needs a new job. Mavis, you owe us a refund, and reimbursement for the correct size lugnuts you took off our car, at minimum. This is a photo of the incorrect lugnuts they just put on YESTERDAY.

  Traveling through Asheville we got a flat tire. On a Sunday. After trying another tire shop across town with a 3+ hour wait, we called Mavis Tire and I’m so glad we did. They said “absolutely, we can squeeze you in!” Christian and the entire crew were so kind to us and our boys. They gave us a great lunch recommendation while we waited, and they had us back on the road very quickly. Thank you, Christian and the entire team at Mavis, for such a wonderful experience!!!

  Most likely will never be back. Had an appointment for 11 just to get 4 new tires they didn’t even look at my car until well over an hour after my scheduled appointment. Sat for over two hours before the car was finally done. Then on the paperwork it states that we declined a warranty for the tires we were never offered a warranty. Overall experience was a nightmare and don’t recommend

  They were 1.5hr over my scheduled time for tire change. Suggested alignment made me wait more then didn’t have equipment for my alignment, waste of time. Tires incorrectly installed, go back for repairs here 2 hours on a 45 minute wait and counting. This place feels like they are intentionally messing with me. I just left and never did get it fixed. Left after an employee tapped another. Customers car into mine. Couldn’t speak more poorly of this place.
