  Me and my friend have been roadtripping, and have had some issues with our car. We stopped at Mavis, and the gentleman that we spoke with, Brandon, and the rest of his team were extremely patient with us and listened to our concerns. They did a very thorough inspection and explained everything very clearly to us. I cannot thank these gentleman enough for what they did and how they helped us. Amazing service and an amazing place.

  I was only in town for a day visiting my mother, and tried 3 other tire places with no luck. Everyone was busy and no one had the right tire size. I came to mavis on tunnel road a hour before closing and Ron really hooked me up! He not only had my tire size, made sure to show me the cause of the issue, fixed it and I left safe, sound, and extremely happy. Will definitely be coming back!! 10/10 recommend

  We had a flat tire on our rental car while on vacation far from home. The folks at Mavis got us right in and took care of us promptly. They turned what was a stressful situation for us into a great customer service experience.

  I never imagined to receive an unforgettable attention and service like I received from the guys at this place: “MAVIS TIRE”. They really care about your needs. No matter what, they always have an attentive service, a professional, friendly and cordial attitude. Their knowledge and experience to understanding what we need go beyond your needs and expectations. Really is not enough to say THANKS and some positive feedback, they deserve more and more recognition, respect and appreciation. They treat you as an important person, like relatives, friends and family. It doesn’t matter you go for a service you have to pay for, you feel appreciated and like preferred client. Honestly, I highly recommend and congrats them for their awesome, wonderful, amazing and unique experience and relationship with clients and for the professionalism and dedication. They have an excellent and amazing service!!!!!

  James was incredibly helpful throughout the process of getting my tires. I booked everything online, but the tires I selected weren’t initially available. James went above and beyond to make sure they were delivered to the store within just a few days. His attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent customer service were truly impressive. Highly recommend working with him!
