- TRThe Roaming ReviewerSep 18, 20261.0Multiple bad experiences. I don't know where to even begin so I'll keep it as brief as possible. Sold me 2k+ tires without mentioning they are the only ones without a warranty (which I ended up needing), spent 3 different times waiting 5+ hours each time for work that shouldnt have taken 1 hour, they patched a tire and left the piece of metal in the tire and patched over it. Didn't discover that until another shop properly patched it and pulled the piece out of the patch. It was 100% not a new piece bc the patch was melted onto it. They overcharged someone else I had (now regretfully) referred to them for the tires. They are real friendly when you're spending a bunch of money but will let you sit there for hours on hours, day after day when they're not making a ton of money that trip. I had sent a dozen people to them over the years but of course that didn't count for anything. Never again though and will make sure from now on everyone knows how crappy they treat loyal customers.

- MKMegan KentJul 19, 20265.0Always the best customer service. Thank you Chop and Matt for always getting us in and out and taking the best care of our vehicles. I had a flat, plus my tires were just absolutely worn out. They had tires ordered and mounted within hours. 10/10 recommend JJs and their team!
