  Exceptional service. We went yesterday to trade my Elantra for a Kona, and were met by sales consultant Michael Nunez. He was super friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and made the whole transaction easeful and pleasant. Highly recommended!

  While I appreciate the pre-paperwork and efforts to get the legalese done quick, it was still longer than I wanted. No complaint really. The salesman took all my documentation digitally the day before, which sped the process considerable. Matt was great and efficient. Adam Nania, the salesman, was wonderful. His initial response to my questions about a Genesis G90 led me back to him and his patience throughout the process is why I bought the Sonata Limited and bought it from HoA. I have walked away from several dealerships over the past few years because of salesmen. What a pleasantly different experience at Hyundai of Asheville. Adam is a breath of friendliness and patience. He stayed in touch but never pushed. He gave me the time/space to make up my mind. He humored two test drives and showed me how the gizmos and tech work, even offering follow-on, post purchase tutorials. I am happy with my purchase and that comfort is largely due to Adam.

  The whole team from service to fiancé was exceptional. We took our 2024 palisade in for an oil change and bought a 2026 palisade hybrid. Mike our salesman was exceptional made us feel like friends instead of just customers.

  We came in on Thursday of last week and had the opportunity to work with Mike Nunez. We were searching for the perfect SUV with a growing family and didn’t want to go towards 3rd row seating. He heard all of our wants and needs with our new car and showed us many options. We settled on the 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. He never pushed us to upgrade or get a fancier trim line. He listened to what we wanted and gave us exactly that! We were able to work out a deal with the numbers! Thank you again for staying late and helping us take home a car that day! Hyundai is the way to go for affordable SUVs!!
