  I truly enjoyed working with Mike and Sophie on my car buying experience. I had to travel a long distance and with Sophie's help I was able to complete much of the paperwork upfront. This made the time at the dealer more efficient and simplified the process. Buying a vehicle is always a bit stressful but Sophie and Mike made it easy and pleasant.

  I had a wonderful experience at Fields Mazda dealership in Asheville. My sales guy Nathaniel was amazing, Very professional, Didn’t try to pressure me into buying, The care they take for their customers shows every step of the way. I will definitely come back and give them many years of my business. I needed a hybrid to do my job as a delivery driver to save on gas and Nathaniel went above and beyond to Calculate numbers and they gave me a very decent deal on my trade-in. This was the first car that I’ve ever been able to buy by myself without a cosigner in my 40s and Nathaniel and the team at Fields Mazda really put that dream into reality Thank you all

  Fields Mazda of Asheville was great car buying experience. Especially my sales rep Nathanael. I live at the coast but they had the car I wanted and they worked with my schedule so that I could buy the car. I recommend Nathanael and the team I worked with to get my Mazda MX-5.

  When I arrived at Fields Mazda everything was exceptional starting with their beautiful showroom. I was greeted by the manager, Chris, who spoke with my son over the phone to get me the best possible deal on a new 2026 Mazda. This was not an easy feat but Chris rose to the challenge to get me everything I wanted at a price I could afford! Chris introduced me to Sophie who went above and beyond explaining the papers I was signing and answering all my questions. She then showed me all of the vehicles features and downloaded the app to my phone as well as paring my phone to the car. She introduced me to the Service Team and explained how and where to bring my car in for service. I then met the finance team and it felt like old homes week. Danielle, the head of financing was from Long Island like myself and assitant, Dave was from Brooklyn just over the bridge. We shared lots of funny stories! My new friends at Fields Mazda made it fun and easy to trade in my 2023 leased Mazda and drive away in my new leased 2026 Mazda. Thank you all for sharing your knowledge and dedication and making this necessary part of life a little bit sweeter. Loving my new car, Ellen

  Took my 2024 CX-5 TurboSig for an oil change and tire rotation. Second time going to the dealership for this kind of service. People were polite as before. The missing star is because: (1) The dealership really needs to update its customer information system. I made the appointment online and there was great difficulty in finding my information on the dealership internal system. Remember this my second trip there!! (2) The dealership needs to work on promptly telling its customers when their vehicles are ready. The video with the car on the lift was sent mid-morning but I had to wait till late afternoon to find out if it was ready for pick up.
