  Jake was very professional and very up front with me about the vehicle I purchased. I had to drive an hour to his dealership and he actually pointed out a few minor flaws on the vehicle before I made the trip to see it in person. He was easy to deal with and had very good communication. Good experience.

  Nothing but lies when trying to sell a vehicle to them. They will give you a number one day then drop it by thousands when you go back. I myself tried to sell a rs7 with them. And my father also tried to sell a truck back to them. They offered 44k then dropped it to 39k in 2 weeks time. Absolutely unprofessional as a business

  I really liked the sales rep, Sophie. Also they didn’t seem high pressure. I do think the talk to my manager thing, and we never meet “manager” could be improved. I know it’s the standard car sales method, but it would be nice if a dealership decided to do it differently.

  I had a 10 star experience recently with sales pro SONG YUN. I am so grateful for his experience, easy going personality and concierge service that made my feelings about dealers change completely. Anyone that needs a vehicle in the Asheville area or beyond just needs to call Fields and ask for Song. He’s the first class cabin in a sea of coach dealers!   I took my Jeep Gladiator in for a recall notice for an electric power steering pump, and they refused to replace it because the computer didn’t give them a fail code. The recall mentioned this starting a fire if it goes bad, but they still refused to replace it. My jeep was making a weird sound when turning the wheel and accelerating so I ask for them to figure out what was going on and run some diagnostics. After keeping my jeep for over a week, never returning my phone calls or providing any updates, they told me that my wheels were oversized and were rubbing. Which wasn’t true. There was plenty of clearance and the sound wasn’t even coming from the tires it was coming from the rear differential area. They then proceeded to argue with me that it was my tires rubbing because there was a random mark in my wheel well (which didn’t even align with the tire). They charged me $250 to tell me my wheels were too big on my jeep, and I don’t even have big tires. So now I’m taking it to a real mechanic who is solving the problem. Don’t take your jeep here. It’s a joke.
