I had a poor experience. I put 3 stars because the other work completed was done to my expectations. The electronic breaking system was the problem and the main reason I brought the truck in. I asked for this to be replaced because the cruise control (part of the EBS) was not working. The 1st time I brought it in, the EBS light did not come on for them. I'm thinking that they drove it around the block because the 2nd time they had it for the same problem, the drove it a minimum of 30 miles. They charged labor for something that they didn't fix. It took them 2 weeks to fix the EBS. The first time explained above. I had to bring it back because less than 24h later, the EBS stopped working. They never told me that they didn't fix it. I had to bring it back and I was without my truck for another week. Each time it was in the shop, I had to pay for a rental costing over $1000 each time! If they had just replaced it the 1st time, this would have been avoided (the frustration). Everything else was repaired and I was happy for that part of it. Unfortunately, I Will not return to this dealership for any of my needs. I would rather drive into another state than bring it back. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and professional, the work on the EBS, well, not so great.

I am very satisfied with the service that I got from ram at Fields Dealership, I would highly recommend anyone that needs work done on their vehicle to visit this place. They are very informative and precise. Jeff Warren as the manager of the service team did a great job And also his mechanics did a wonderful job as well. Very satisfied with the Service 👍

Will not be buying from here again ever. Sold me a charger Daytona that was covered in scratches, we couldn't see them at delivery because of road salt on the car. We have been back 3 times to get them fixed. They're still there after the 3rd try. Even worse the car has spent about month at the dealership in the 4 months I've owned it. Mystery codes that keep coming back, refusing to start and leaving my husband stranded and late for work. They act like because it's under warranty and we aren't having to pay for service it's ok that it's been to the mechanic 3 times in 4 months. Picked it up from service yesterday the lights on the dash came back on within 4 miles. This is supposed to be a reliable brand new car but instead we have a very expensive lawn ornament half the time. I've had to take time off to get it to the dealership and back. No one has made any effort to make this situation right. Stay away from this dealership and honestly I'll be staying away from Dodge from now on as well. Loyal customer for decades but this will be my last dodge.

Daniel was communicative and responsive. My overall experience was a ‘3’ because Field’s told me I wasn’t a priority when it came to being provided a loaner vehicle due to me not buying my vehicle from them. Randy also cut all communications from me when I refused his initial negotiation price on a used vehicle. One that was a year older and more miles than my brand new Ram 1500. Out of everyone I dealt with, Daniel seemed to genuinely care about expediting my repair.

Not a great exerience. My boyfriend and I purchased a truck from this dealership two weeks ago. We searched high and low for a specific truck and found one at this dealership. The test drive/ purchase went fine. We left the dealership at 8pm, but when my boyfriend went to go to work the next morning at 8am the check engine light was on. I contact the dealership, theys said bring it in. They put us in a nice loaner vehicle while the truck was being diagnosed. This took 5 days. They ultimately stated that the truck would need a new engine and the cost of the repair would be $15,000-$25,000. The dealership refused to fix the truck, and instead wanted to show us trucks that were $10,000-$15,000 more expensive. A manager was never introduced. I had to track one down to get more answers during this entire process. They said they would "unwind" the deal. It was frustrating because they didn't care or try to make the situation better as we were now out money (the truck had been insured by me for almost a week, I took the hit to my credit for financing and gas to and from the dealership multiple times as we lived 30 minutes away. Not to mention the HOURS and DAYS we spent at the dealership trying to resolve the issue.) It was the most frustrating that management had to be tracked down by me and I felt like the manager had an "I don't really care attitude". It was just an overall really unprofessional experience which you would expect from a crappy mom and pop small dealership... not a large dealership like Fields. We ended up purchasing a truck from Sunshine Chevy and it was a very quick and positive experience. I'd use caution if you choose to do business with Fields Auto Group.
