  We could rent a car trailer but Enterprise was the best place to rent a diesel truck.

  This is not necessarily for the local store but for roadside assistance and corporate. I was in an accident with an uninsured driver and insurance provided a rental truck for pulling my camper since we had a camping trip planned in the next few weeks. Today I had to move the truck in my driveway and when I went to shut it down the motor would shut down and that was it. It kept saying no key and put in park. I tried everything to get it to shut down. I called roadside assistance to explain the issue. He says he would send a locksmith and that I would not have to pay at that time. I stated I was not paying period. He then calls back and says it has to go to the dealership. I said that is fine, will they drop off a replacement? Nope and I am on my on getting a replacement and the local store is closed on Sunday. Thank God I am in my driveway and not beside the road 100 miles away. I then call cooperate who after the 3rd operator says that roadside assistance should handle the replacement and they will send an Uber to get me to my destination or get me by plane to my destination which makes no sense whatsoever. Again thank God I am in my driveway. So now they are on the way to get the truck and I have no idea how I am getting to work tomorrow. Fantastic customer service if today is opposite day.
