  Great experience. This was my second time renting from Enterprise. Jared got me settled in and the check out was smooth!

  I loved my enterprise rental car experience. I was able to pay with a debit card and the car was cheap on gas. When we went to pick the car up it was quick, didnt take long. The only thing I didnt like was that the deposit was pretty high it was $300. I will most definitely use them again as long as I get my deposit back. 🤗

  Every time I deal with enterprise they don’t have a car. They have ruined 2/3 trips I’ve had planned. This business model is terrible.

  Our vehicle left us stranded in NC and Jared saved the day/week by getting us into a vehicle and back home 14 hours away! This man deserves a high five, chest bump and raise! I encourage anyone looking for a great experience renting a vehicle to ultilize these guys.

  Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Patton Ave, Asheville, NC. I reserved a rental car a day in advance. The next morning I sat in Asheville rush-hour traffic to get to the Patton Avenue location so I could be there at opening. I was second in line, waiting at the door. Five minutes before they opened, Blake called and said they had no cars. They were “totally booked,” had “just got the order for cars,” and he had other commitments to his customers.That story does not add up. Right now Expedia is still offering rental cars at this same Enterprise location. So they can take bookings online, but when I showed up after reserving a day ahead, I was told there was nothing. I planned ahead, fought traffic, arrived on time — and got canceled at the last minute. This is not the first time. Enterprise has let me down more than four times. In my experience they are the worst company to deal with. They lost me as a customer for life. I will never rent from them again and I will not recommend them to anyone. They deserve a zero.
