We made a reservation for June 25th for a minivan going one way to GA at 5:30 PM. When we arrived to pickup our reservation, we were told that they have no one way reservations available and a supervisor would have to be in touch. No supervisor was in touch. We tried talking to everyone, and got the workaround. They completely disregarded our reservation and offered no alternative solution. We missed our days activities and this screwed up our plans for the rest of the week being stuck with no car at all and everyone just passing the responsibility along the food chain. Needless to say we’re extremely disappointed!

Why is 0 stars not an option?! The manager, Jared (I was told he was the manager. I’m honestly not sure if he is, but he shouldn’t be), is an ill tempered bully. Customer service sent me to this location after I was given a car at another location that was very dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. While parking that car I was rear ended by another customer. I immediately went in to inform the employees. Apparently customer service did not alert the location that I was coming even though they specifically said to go to that location. I walked inside to inform them that I had just been rear ended in his lot. Jared and a female employee looked at each other, and she said “Do you want to deal with this one, or should I?” She grabbed a tablet, and they both came outside. My passenger was shaken up from the car being hit, and started to explain what happened as I was showing the point of impact. In that moment my passengers anxiety and adrenaline must have come across as an attitude to Jared. He very condescendingly told her to “lose the attitude.” When she said “excuse me, what did you just say?” He said “you heard me.” And informed me that he would not be doing anything. He then turned around and went inside as did the female employee that came with him. I was shaken up and confused. I walked inside and said, “I was just hit in your parking lot.” And he said, “I’m not doing this. You can leave.” He knew I was in an Enterprise car. I was told he should have made an accident report, but that could be untrue as it was customer service that told me that. He completely dismissed everything. The woman that rear ended me said that he was rude with another customer while she was waiting to return her rental, so she assumed he was just an unpleasant person. I’m not sure, but the treatment was unacceptable. It’s been 2 months, and Enterprise corporate can’t return a phone call. When I call customer service I’m told someone will reach out. IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS. No one is willing to make things right. Jared doesn’t need to work in any customer facing position. He’s better suited away from the public if he can’t contain big feelings and chooses to have a tantrum because he’s not having a good day.
After seeing some of the other 1 star reviews I can tell that Enterprise actually doesn’t care (especially at this location).

The staff was really friendly and helpful! They picked me up and dropped me off exactly when I asked, and even took care of the extra hour charge when they dropped me off.

This enterprise location is awesome. The staff was fast and efficient in getting me the car that I needed. They were Very professional, but in a very casual and welcoming manner. They seem truly eager to help me in anyway possible. Car was great And had no problems. Returning was just as easy as picking up. I will definitely do business again With this Enterprise location

Abysmal experience at this location. I reserved a rental over 60 hours in advance in preparation for an important personal matter only to be informed they did not have a car and couldn’t get a car. No solutions were offered other than repeating “we just don’t have a car” ad nauseam, which as you can imagine isn’t aggravating in the least. Apparently these people don’t appreciate the importance of adhering to a schedule and honoring services promised. As convenient as this location is, in the future I will go out of my way to avoid it. I suggest other people do the same.
