  The Enterprise team, specifically Jillian, helped make a stressful time smooth, and almost enjoyable! ( She kept a good attitude the entire time, even when I was a little bit spicy with the stress of having my car in the shop on a holiday weekend… 🙊 ⭐️ Huge shout out to y’all & thank you!! ⭐️

  I’ve been renting from enterprise for 15 years mostly for the fine customer service and trusted reputation. That reputation has been broken. The day before a cross country trip they call to confirm they have a vehicle that is not what I reserved (over a month in advance) and is too small for my family. They did not care to offer any help other than the suv they had which was too small. They said they would call other local branches to see what they could get. They never called me back nor answered when we called them. The other local locations were also of no hope and never answered the phone. Don’t trust your next big trip on them.

  I called early in the morning specifically because this company advertises that they offer rides for customers. After waiting forever, I finally got someone on the line only because I selected the option for reservations. Then they transferred me to someone who sounded like they were in another country, and I could barely understand her. She told me that unlimited miles are not guaranteed for all vehicles and, even worse, that they do NOT pick people up, despite the fact that their own advertisements say they do. I’ve been to this location multiple times and they have picked me up before, yet she insisted—twice—that they don’t offer that service. The whole experience was confusing, unprofessional, and honestly unacceptable. What a terrible site and an even worse customer experience.

  They was nice but very unreliable the one in Waynesville never has a car that’s even when you reserve a car in advance week or over a week ahead of time they will always call you the day before your rental pick up and ask you if you can reschedule because they have no cars this has happened to myself 7 or 8 times no exaggeration and not one time did I get offered kickback or compensation not even a discount which is very BAD BUSINESS and unprofessional and put People with medical reasons for renting a car in crisis, great crisis and ends up costing more money headache and stress that should have never occurred in the first place so I would go elsewhere or even start your own car rental service a bicycle would beat this place safe travels <3

  Expect the unexpected. I had reserved a compact vehicle weeks before a small trip to attend a graduation, but when I arrived to pick-up the vehicle the ladies at the counter claimed the vehicle I reserved had been recalled that morning and they only had a 15 passenger van for me. At least they weren’t going to charge me extra and waived the gas fees after I complained when returning the vehicle. I have no experience driving a large van and the idea of driving it out of town was extremely stressful. No phone call or warning on the matter until I arrived for pick-up.
