    Over all I like the service but there was no communication that was decent and they tried to charge me extra for things I know didn't happen. Other then that, decent service.

    As a regular Enterprise rental customer I was thoroughly disappointed by my experience with this branch in April 2026. I reserved a luxury vehicle to enjoy driving through the mountains for a day with my wife (while we were on our anniversary trip) using the points I had acquired thru previous rentals with Enterprise. A few days before my rental day, I got a call from one of the employees at this branch telling me that the car I had selected was not available at this branch and would never be. I asked if there would a convertible or another type of fun car to drive with my wife and I was also told no on that also. I didn't have time to continue the conversation at that time so, the following day, I called enterprise corporate to discuss possible solutions. I was told that a regional manger for the area would call me by end of day to discuss options. I received no call. I called the 1-800-number two more times of the newxt few days and the morning of my reservation and was told the same thing each time: That I would receive a call from the regional manager soon to discuss this disappointing circumstance. I ended up not picking up the rental car at all and I never received a call from anyone. A few days later I called again just to get my points reinstated and was connected with a customer relations team member who offered to reinstate my points, and told me again that I would receive a call from some one to discuss this situation and make amends. It has been 3 weeks now and no one has ever called me. If you need a rental car in Asheville I would avoid this location at all costs. Luckily for me I was still able to use my own car for transportation but had I needed a car for more than leisure reasons I would have been screwed.

    Rented a car online took an Uber to get there and the two unfriendly females at the front get my booking number and says oh we cant offer you nothing but a van and we have to charge you more. We have to many ordered for tomorrow and cant give them out. She stated she didnt have time to cancel my rental before I arrive. Horrible customer service now I am sitting here no ride or nothing. They need new workers JD Edward's the branch manager needs to figure out how to provide customer service thru his employees.

    Went in to pick up my confirmed reservation and the smug lady said they were overbooked and would not have vehicles until tomorrow. Not even an apology. Meanwhile I'm going to have to scramble to figure out how to make my planned trip happen.

    Don't book online, be sure to call the location! Also don't speak with a remote representative, speak with someone directly at the store. The online booking system wasn't up to date when I booked, and when I showed up to pick up my reservation they were completely sold out and couldn't provide the car I had booked. The front desk let me know the online booking system isn't up to date and this was happening to a lot of people. I spoke to a remote representative and he gave me incorrect information as well, he must be accessing the same online rental portal that I accessed when I went online to book.
