  Matt and Justin at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Asheville were absolutely phenomenal! I walked in completely panicked because my company van wouldn’t start, and I had only about 20 minutes to get to a scheduled pickup for Blue Ridge Wine Tours. Matt immediately saw that I was in a bind and jumped into action. He got me set up with a van right away, while Justin started cleaning and preparing it as I was loading in all of my supplies. Because of the two of them working so quickly to help me, I made it to my pickup only four minutes late—which felt like a miracle considering how the morning had started! This was truly outstanding customer service. Matt and Justin were kind, efficient, calm, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. They turned what could have been a disaster for my business into a minor hiccup. Thank you both so much! I truly appreciate you and will absolutely remember the incredible service I received.   Sales team was outstanding. Detailer/ tech was rude and could have cared less. He was on the phone trying to sell something while I was trying to get an issue with the vehicle fixed. Vehicle was dirty inside with trash, dirty floors and broken seat components, warning lights for TPMS and oil change. The windshield was so dirty I had to pull over and clean the inside with a t shirt so I could see to get to my destination. The windshield wipers were so old and worn they were essentially useless in the rain. I’m pretty disappointed in this rental. Hundreds of dollars for a weekend and definitely did not find the vehicle up to standard.

  If you go, I recommend chatting with Aidan if you can! Very communicative and really gives you the impression that he cares about his job. If not, the rest of the staff is great as well. Would recommend in the future!

  I had a car rental reservation that I made a month in advance for pick up at 10am at the enterprise on tunnel road. I arrived at 10:30 am, after being dropped off with my two small kids and car seats, and was told that they gave my car away because I “wasn’t there on time”. No courtesy call or anything. I asked the agent what I was supposed to do, since I was now stranded with no vehicle, and he looked me in the eye straight faced and told me to “try the airport” because he had no cars. Thankfully, I was able to find another car myself online that enterprise had at the Smokey park Highway location and figure out a ride over there. The agent there, Juan, was incredibly sweet and helpful. This branch and that agent were rude for no reason, when I didn’t do anything wrong and was kind to him, and I would strongly suggest not using if at all possible.
