My family has been bringing vehicles to this shop for over 10 years, so I don’t write this review lightly. Unfortunately, after several recent experiences, we’ve decided we will no longer be bringing our vehicles here. 1999 Ford Expedition: We brought it in for brake work. The driver-side window already had an issue where it would not roll back up, which is why we never rolled it down. Instead of securing the vehicle or contacting us about the problem, the Expedition was left with the window down, exposed, with the keys inside. We only discovered this when we came to pick it up that evening. We received no phone call or warning beforehand. 2008 Ford Focus: We dropped this vehicle off in early June 2026 for an electrical/ground issue that was causing the taillights to repeatedly go out. After more than two months, the vehicle still had not been looked at. We eventually decided to pick it up, only to find that the battery was dead after sitting for so long. Again, there was little to no communication or update regarding the vehicle. 2015 Ford Focus ST: My sibling dropped this vehicle off in late June for several repairs. It sat for more than a month before being looked at, and after issues were finally diagnosed, it took approximately another two weeks before the vehicle was ready. The repairs were paid for in full. When we arrived that evening to pick the car up, we discovered the Cobb Accessport that had been inside the vehicle lying shattered in pieces on the floor. This is an approximately $600 piece of equipment. No one had contacted us to tell us it had been damaged, and we were not made aware of it until we physically got into the vehicle and found it ourselves. I understand that automotive shops get busy, repairs take time, and unexpected problems happen. What I cannot understand is the repeated lack of communication and care for customers’ vehicles and property. A phone call explaining a delay, a problem, or accidental damage would have gone a long way in each of these situations. After more than a decade of bringing our family’s vehicles here, it is disappointing to feel that we can no longer trust the level of service and communication we once received. We gave the shop multiple opportunities because of our long history with them, but these recent experiences have unfortunately ended that relationship. I sincerely hope things improve, but based on our recent experiences, I would recommend that customers carefully consider their options and make sure they stay in regular contact regarding the status and condition of their vehicle.

My boyfriend and I brought his truck there on a Tuesday morning, we were told to bring it back Friday morning and they would be able to look at it. We get there Friday morning and there's a a few people already standing in line to talk to them. When we finally get to talk to someone, we expressed concern about the truck being left there for a long time and didn't want it to just sit there over the weekend., the lady gave us paperwork to fill out and took our keys and now here it is Monday afternoon and we haven't heard anything from them. So I call for an update and they still haven't even looked at it. I don't know why basic communication seems so hard for some or why finding a decent mechanic in this town has proved impossible... But I won't be going back here.
