Attendant was courteous and friendly and helpful. However, the oil change took the better part of a half hour. The price was outrageous. The bill was $160, I checked and the oil, filter and cleaner, retail, was about $90. At that amount of markup, I’m strongly encouraged to do the oil change myself.

I stopped by earlier for a state inspection and the guys were all very friendly and professional. Based on what I saw regarding other customers cars who were there for oil changes, these folks do it right and hold themselves to a high standard, which is much better than most express oil change shops. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat!

The Asheboro location was amazing. All of the staff greeted me with a smile and were very kind. Brenda was very knowledgeable and her customer service is top notch.

I was at Strickland Brothers today, and once again, I had a great experience. From the time I arrived until the service was completed, the staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. The team worked quickly while still taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure customers were taken care of.
I especially want to recognize Brandon Banks for his outstanding customer service. Brandon was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my visit. He took the time to answer questions, explain services, and ensure everything was handled properly. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing a positive experience for customers.
While I was there, another customer came in upset about an issue involving an oil cap and an oil light. I understand that vehicle concerns can be frustrating, but from what I personally observed, the employees remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout the interaction. The customer appeared very upset and spoke to the staff in a manner that I felt was rude and disrespectful. Despite that, I did not witness any employee respond with a bad attitude or act unprofessionally. In fact, I was impressed by how patiently and professionally the team handled the disrespectful customer and difficult situation.
One of the things I appreciate most about this location is the professionalism and transparency of the staff. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, respectful, and focused on providing quality service. The facility was organized, the service was efficient, and the entire process was stress-free.
In a world where excellent customer service can be hard to find, Brandon Banks and the rest of the team at Strickland Brothers truly stand out. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and commitment to customer satisfaction have earned my trust and future business. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable vehicle maintenance and exceptional customer service. Thank you to Brandon for another great experience!

Worst experience ever. I went to get my oil topped off because my oil light was on. These people topped it off and LEFT THE OIL CAP OFF! I have oil all over my engine including the battery. I had to go elsewhere to have it filled back up. I’ve had bad experiences here with a man named Shannon who vapes on site and is very rude to me and friend of mine. Would not recommend.
The response they left attached to this comment mentions to reach out the their customer service line. I have tried about 4 to 5 times from the first time I made this review and I am unable to get a hold of anyone. I would not trust this place with your car. They are being very unreliable.
Update: I went back today to report in person what had happened since their customer service line wants to send everyone to voicemail without a call back. The assistant manger, Brandon, was amazing. He listened to what happened, apologized multiple times, gave me a free oil change since my oil was burnt after the cap was left off and a 25% off my next oil change. If things were left there, I would have given this review more than 2 stars. However, during the oil change, another employee continued to say out loud to where I could hear him that there was no way my car would run as long as it did without the oil cap. While this may be true, the employee doesn’t realize that I don’t drive my car around a lot currently. So I told that employee that it did in fact go as long as it did without a oil cap and the guy literally starts arguing with me about how he is talking to his coworker and not to me. Well sir, if you are talking about my car and almost making me out to be a liar when it was your company that messed up, you bet I’m gonna say something about it. Needless to say, this employee walked away. Sadly I did not get his name but Brandon did come by and apologize for his attitude.
Overall, I am happy that accountability was taken. Something was done about this but to be fair, it shouldn’t have happened to begin with. After that employees attitude along with the bad experience with their manger, Shannon, I will not be going back to this location. I do want to say though that not all their employees have attitudes like this. There were three people today alone who that were very sweet and compassionate about what happened. I do want to say as well that Brandon deserves a massive raise. I may consider going back if Brandon was the main manger of this location and NOT Shannon. Brandon Jarvis knows what he is doing with his work and customer service. Some of the other people there are very very questionable.
