Caraway Body Shop is locally owned and operated by John McDowell. John is 19 years old, has been doing auto body services for over five years, and has been around autos his whole life. He is a fourth-generation auto worker and comes from a long line of exceptional auto workers. His great grandfather was an auto dealer and salvage yard owner who rebuilt many vehicles along with both of John's grandfathers. One took on the dealership and salvage yard, rebuilding many autos, and the other started as a mechanic for Chevrolet and later opened an auto repair and body shop before going into commercial heavy earth moving. John’s dad restores rare antique tractors and classic collector cars also.

    John did an excellent job repairing my CRV. When I met him I immediately felt comfortable with him and my intuition was correct. I would definitely recommend him for your auto body needs. He will be my go to if needed in the future. Friendly, kind and honest.

    Bent over backward to repair vehicle. Honda erred by giving them a wrong part and they made special trips to get the right one. And the end result is perfect. No one could tell this was repaired. Outstanding job!
