  My car (Lexi) had be in the cold and not started for 3 days. My neighbor had to give me a jump. AutoZone checked not only my battery but also my starter & alternator. FREE! I appreciate your service and the young lady who came out and helped me. She showed me the reading & assured me that all were good! Thanks so much.

  Battery to my truck had died while in town today, leaving my family and I stranded. We walked to the nearest auto parts store which was AutoZone. There we met Santos and Larry which volunteered their services to us after purchasing a new battery. They gave us a ride back to the stranded vehicle. Santos installed the battery and ran a test on the battery, starter and alternator. My wife and I were very impressed with their professional service and kindness towards us.

  there was a way to leave zero stars. I cannot stay in this location due to the employees talking to their customers like they don’t know what they’re talking about and they treat customers very poorly, and do not provide any assistance.

  Spend thousands a year at Autozone, Horrible interactions with Warren at the Asheboro location. Wouldn’t price match Advance Auto Parts 220$ alternator vs AZ 253$. It was ready in 30 minutes and in stock both lifetime warranties. Needless to say I just walked out the door with it for $220 at Advance. I will not return to the Asheboro store. Keep Warren out of the Randleman store or I won’t shop at AZ again. Poor excuse of a manager.
