The car wash itself was fine but I was disappointed with the pricing experience. The website lists a basic wash for $12 but when I arrived, the employee didn’t offer that option even when I specifically asked about it. He said they don’t promote that wash because customers complain that their cars aren’t clean enough and instead offered me the cheapest option at $18. All I wanted was to rinse the dust off my car after driving on a gravel road. I don’t need a perfect showroom-quality wash, just a basic one. I wish they had been upfront about the available options and let me decide for myself. The wash itself was okay but this experience left me disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I have a membership here. It really does keep your car in pristine condition if you go once or twice a week depending on the weather. The employees are helpful. The vacuums could honestly be better. Most places I go to have better vacuum suction than this one, but once you get your car clean it doesn't take a lot to keep it that way. It would be nice if they'd get more suction on those vacuums though....

Shitty car wash. Don't come waste your money here. I got the 30 dollar wash thinking it would offer the best features. Attendants dont scrub your wheels or the rear end of the car. The machines dont wash that part. My car still had dirt. They dont fold your side mirrors in and the machine almost broke mine!! Vacuums have no power, they dont have floor mats cleaning,..

I came in just looking to get my car washed and somehow ended up leaving with a membership . The car wash itself was great, the service was quick, and my car came out looking fresh, but honestly, William’s customer service was what really made the experience stand out. William had such a good energy and vibe from the moment I pulled up. He was friendly, confident, funny, and just genuinely enjoyable to talk to. His personality was really appealing, and he had this way of making a simple car wash feel like a whole experience. I’m not going to lie, I definitely found myself wanting to keep the conversation going a little longer than necessary. He was professional the entire time, but still had that fun, outgoing personality that makes you feel welcome. You can tell when someone actually enjoys interacting with customers, and William definitely has that kind of energy. By the end of it, I somehow got talked into getting a membership. Was it because I wanted unlimited car washes? Absolutely. Was William’s great personality and good vibes also a contributing factor? I’m not saying no. Overall, great car wash, great customer service, and William definitely deserves recognition for bringing such positive energy to the job. My car looks clean, I got a membership, and now I have an excuse to come back again. 10/10 experience — would definitely come back!

He also included the deal going around the price of one wash is a membership I love his energy. I bought a premier membership from him will definitely see me around more because of this young gentleman!
