  Worst car was I've ever had. Told the attendant I wanted a basic $12 wash. It was $18 when I saw the receipt. Wouldnt care if the wash was good but I ran my hand across the car and my hand was black. No pre wash at all. You should be ashamed. DONT GO HERE.

  Just moved back to the area. I have a membership at Sud Stop in Smithfield NC and Zips doesn't even come close. I don't have the time to tell you how much better Sud Stop is. I would encourage anyone who has the opportunity to go to a Sud Stop to do so. You will see the difference. 100,000% better. Asheville needs one.

  First I will say that the staff have always been friendly in the rare event that I had to speak with someone. They are frequently closed for the car wash part however, just like yesterday, May the 4th. Happens often. Vacuums don't have great suction usually. My car doesn't always get clean but.... My biggest problem is that zips corporate double bills me each month I just found out. Unfortunately I have not had time to check my monthly credit card bill as I should. I checked this month and I was billed twice on the exact same day on the exact same account! Pulled out my credit card statements from December through april, same thing each and every month! Double billed. Was on the phone 22 minutes only to hear customer service representative has reported it, he said someone will get back to me by email. He barely speaks English so conversation was difficult. Customer service representative was nice however. This is fraud, theft. I know others this has happened to. Busy or not, I will check my bill from now on. By the way, my partner had the same problem so he canceled his account a year ago. It took months and months. They didn't cancel it so he called his bank to block future charges from zips.

  I have used ZIPS on Airport Rd and Patton Ave. I no longer uses ZIPS at all because: Problems with equipment, damage to vehicles (scratched), almost removed a side mirror (it was folded) Customer service- there is none

  This seems to be an older car wash with some equipment problems. I wanted a wash to clear the pollen spots off the car, and for $18 I would have thought it would accomplish that, but it did not. I noticed, while going through, that some of the sprayers weren't working and that meant an uneven application of soaps and treatments. After rolling out, I parked to dry down the car, but there were no towels for that, just vacuums. I used some of my towels and noticed there were several spots on the hood and on the back window that still had the pollen spots. Really disappointing. I will try another location before this one until they get some repairs done.
