  It’s always a great experience when I come to Valvoline instant oil change they do a good job always are very friendly and the price is fair. I take all three of my cars there and will continue to do so.

  Imagine going in for only an inspection and the techs take the initiative to change your oil without asking- taking your $40 visit and bumping it up to $120. Now that you did it to my relative, let's see you try that on me at my next inspection, because I won't be back for oil changes. Ladies- be wary.

  Fast, Courteous, overall great experience! Like almost anyone i dread having to go get my oil changed. But from the second i pulled up Brandon was friendly, to the point, and very knowledgeable. I felt completely at ease knowing he was the one who was leading the work on my vehicle. The conversation came easy and not only did we cover what i needed to know and services that were past due on my car but he also gave a great suggestion for a place to take my family to see and hike and we cant wait to check it out! Thanks Brandon, and thanks Valvoline for making my experience smooth, easy and even enjoyable!

  We visited this location twice in a week and a half because each of our cars needed an oil change. Both times the task was completed efficiently. Our first oil change included a bit more attention from the staff that second did not, including checking lights and asking about wipers and checking tire pressure. Those are the things that we truly appreciate and that put Firestone above the competition. Our second visit was a Sunday and perhaps they were a bit more relaxed than on the weekday of our first visit. Overall, we have had positive experiences on every trip to this location on Airport Road.

  The staff is friendly. They take their time and make sure everything is working properly before leaving. I also like that they are open on weekends.
