  They were very friendly and the minute I drove up the came out with a bottle of water. I went and got a inspection. I see where people got a free air freshener maybe next time Ill get one lol. But there great. Will return for a oil change next.

  This morning we went in for our first car inspection. We are new to NC so we have never been through the process. Between Nick doing the inspection and Joe checking us out explaining how the whole process works we have never been so impressed with the smooth running process. Nick even offered us water bottles as soon as we pulled up. 100% recommendations these great guys!

  I received immediate attention when I got there. Joe was very good on getting the information he needed from me as to what I wanted done. It was done very quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend. My friends to have their oil or state inspections done here.

  Overpriced oil changes, sneaky extra fees, lack of communication, incomplete job. I went in for an oil change and inspection. My total cost for both was $149.35. I asked for a printed receipt, because that amount seemed a little high. I was charged for premium full synthetic oil (not required for my car) - $94.99, an additional fee for oil drain and refill, an additional fee for supplies, and an additional fee for oil inflation surcharge. My OIL CHANGE was $126.87. 2 days later, I go to renew my registration, assuming my inspection has been reported to the state. Nope, hasn’t been submitted yet. I call the phone number provided on my oil change sticker multiple times throughout the day - nobody picks up the phone and no voicemail option. I repeat this process for 2 more day, so now it’s been 4 business days since my inspection. I finally google the customer service phone number and they tell me I will have to go back into the service location to check with them about whether or not my inspection was submitted to the state, as they don’t have anyone that answers phones in the shop. I highly suggest finding car service elsewhere.
