  My name is Steve I work with Helping Wheels. It is our job to service veterans in a two hour radius and sometimes more around Asheville. We are used to driving around 4000 miles a month so we have to be sure that we’re safe for us and other people it was July 4. I had an emergency call in Charlotte North Carolina and my tires were bald. Nobody was open on July 4 except for Mr. tire I got some tires at a good cost. They did alignment oil change. The people were great. They come out explaining everything if we had a problem if we didn’t.. Good group of people and we will take our business there because we depend on our vehicles so we have to depend on the people we work with Mr. Tyler thank you for a wonderful experience.

  These guys are the perfect combination of a corporate group and a local shop. There are no long lines and no attempts to sell you a tire (or a full set) that you don't yet need. I had a slow puncture due to a nail near the sidewall. Other brand shops said it couldn't be repaired and tried to sell me a new tire after waiting over 1 1/2 hours. These guys repaired it in less than 30 mins. You'll see some bad reviews about problems with their call center service (that Corporate imposed), which is unfair, because they are really great, honest and easy to work with. If you don't want to waste your time and then be ripped off, I'd recommend you go straight to these guys.

  I made an appointment and showed up at the time only to find out they weren't going to be able to see me for another two days. They said they use a call center to book appointments and the call center does not always accurately reflect what's available in the store. Then why have a call center book appointments in the first place? I wasted my day and left work to get this done. Terrible customer service.
