Waiting area is comfortable: magazines, phone charging outlets, & plenty of privacy. If you're waiting with kids, walking through the rows of heavy-duty tires is pretty fun.

- SSSean StephensJul 18, 20261.0I brought my daughter's car in for a tire rotation and asked to have new TPMS sensors installed on all four tires. They installed the sensors and charged me $109, which I had no issue paying. What is not acceptable is that the TPMS sensors were never programmed, and one of the hubcaps is now missing. When I called to ask about these issues, I was told they don't have the equipment to program TPMS sensors. If that's the case, why wasn't I informed before the work was done? Instead, they installed the sensors, charged me, and sent me on my way knowing the job was incomplete. When I asked about the missing hubcap, I was simply told they didn't have it. They were the only shop that worked on the tires, so it disappeared while the vehicle was in their care. I've been a loyal Mr. Tire customer for many years, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. I expect honesty, clear communication, and accountability. Charging for a service you know you can't complete and returning a vehicle with a missing hubcap is unacceptable. I can't recommend this location based on my experience.
