Great experience at Land Rover of Asheville. I’m new to the dealership having moved to Asheville recently. They truly rolled out the welcome mat. Josh and the entire service team were on it every step of the way from keeping me informed of where we were in the service journey to offering to Uber me to an appointment so I didn’t need to wait around during my brief service call. First rate people and first rate service.they made me feel truly welcome.

Working with Branden Gould was simple and quick. He is down to earth, which is right up our alley. The dealership didn’t have exactly what we were looking for - Branden asked what we had in mind - turned out he had a spare in the garage, which was exactly what we wanted! He went out of his way to make it a special experience on the day we came to pick up the vehicle. He placed it under a cover and giant bow for the big reveal. Don’t be split between dealerships. Ask for Branden (the OG) and he will bowl you over with a positive experience.

Not a great experience with Land Rover Asheville.
I purchased a certified pre-owned Range Rover Sport with 18k miles. The buying experience was smooth, and I’ve enjoyed the vehicle. That said, I was initially hesitant due to the brand’s reputation for reliability issues.
About five months in, the vehicle broke down and left me stranded on the side of the road. It ultimately spent two months in the shop. Since Land Rover Greensboro is the closest dealership to me, I had it towed there. To their credit, they were excellent to work with throughout the process.
Unfortunately, my experience with Asheville after the sale was the complete opposite. I made multiple calls explaining the situation and asking for assistance, but no one followed through. Calls weren’t returned, I received vague assurances that went nowhere, and there was no visible involvement from management. It felt like there was always an excuse, but never any real support.
I understand that issues can happen with any vehicle. What matters is how a dealership responds when they do, and in this case, the lack of communication and accountability was disappointing.
Everything is great when things are going well, but when they’re not, that’s when customer service truly matters. Based on this experience, I would not do business with Asheville again.
