- ASAdam SotomayorJun 7, 20261.0****WILL LEAVE YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN STRANDED**** Look out for the terrible customer service at this location and have no problem leaving you with several small children stranded. They will rent you the car online and when you travel all the way across the country they won’t have the car for you and then they will refuse to help you get into another car. I was hung up on by the terrible employees at this location and had to make a nasty report with corporate. LOOK OUT FOR THESE GUYS!!!!!!

Another person in waiting room was waiting for his car to be transferred to the location because his reservation was not there. Terrible system
