- TLTimothy LorentzMay 12, 20261.0I called Enterprise 800 number and booked a car (our car broke down). I got a rental agreement. When I got to the rental agency the agent said “we don’t have any cars”. I showed him the rental agreement and he said “they always go that”. He “found” a car but not the one I reserved. I recommend not using Enterprise.

I had 4 thousand dollars left in my account after I rented that car I was left with 80 dollars.
- JPJamie PlintoneApr 8, 20262.0I recall a time there was a young man, here at this location by the name Steffon. He is no longer here and it shows. There are remnants of this young man in a couple of employees whom he did train but are not currently in a managerial position…. and I recommend they be considered. The current manager seems to focus more on his ego of being a manager and not the efficiency that is necessary to satisfy a everyday customer. Hopefully this will change, to consider a different location would be very inconvenient for me.
