  When my new car had a drivetrain meltdown in Asheville while on a road trip, BMW of Asheville stepped in and saved the day. While BMW Roadside Assistance couldn't find a tow driver, Savannah (a service advisor) found a gem of a driver. She also stayed late in order to arrange a loaner car for me. And when I learned that I'd need to leave town without my car while they worked to diagnose the issue, Savannah packed up my personal effects in the car and mailed them to me. The Service Manager, Norman, was also very helpful during this unfortunate issue with the car. Thank you, BMW of Asheville!

  I brought my used BMW that I recently bought to BMW of Ashville for an oil change and checkup to establish a baseline for future preventative maintenance. The experience was exceptional and I could not have been treated better. Jack literally took care of all paperwork and set me up with all the information I needed. An hour later I was out the door with a cup of coffee and a couple of cookies for the ride home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BMW of Ashville for any of your BMW needs

  Savannah is a 5-Star service manager! She streamlined the process of performing the recommended maintenance, required service, and resolved two additional issues on our vehicle all while keeping us informed of the process/progress. She answered all our questions and with grace and patience. She made relaxing in the clean and inviting customer lounge stress free. While Chef Mo provided made to order comfort food to round out a thoroughly enjoyable experience at a dealership that has earned our trust and loyalty!

  Detailed inspection of vehicle indicated the need for front brake service in the near future. Ashlynn provided a choice of BMW extended warranty options. Appointment booked in July (three months from today) for such brake work. In-car software, including navigation, was updated. Brocki then answered all questions from me and my wife about how to use such software. Jack kept us aware of progress and provided estimates for all services rendered today and services to be rendered in July. Excellent job by Jack, Bricking and Ashlynn.

  Nothing better than going for a drive on a beautiful day and ending up at the BMW dealership ☀️ First of all, the customer service was phenomenal. JT greeted us as the door and didn’t give off those pushy salesman vibes, so right away off to a good start. Haha. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different vehicles we were interested in and took his time answering our questions and showing us all the features…and there are QUITE a bit of features I may add. 🤓 Truthfully, the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. JT just made the entire experience easy from the jump. Once we made a decision on the vehicle, the process was painless and fun. (There’s also snacks and beverages so get you a little sweet treat 🍪). Hector showed me the ropes on the more extensive features and was patient while I decided how close I want my parking sensors to go off and how to use Alexa, Siri, and My BMW… I have 3 robots to talk to while I drive now lol. He was also a lovely photographer in taking a picture of JT and myself after successfully purchasing my very first brand new car. 🚗 And I cannot forget Michelle who spent time going over the in’s and out’s of what I bought (contract wise). She made signing my name 40 times was less painful than I thought it would be! She also has all my money now, so thanks for making me poor! 😂 Can’t wait to come for my free car washes and enjoy a meal catered by your chef while I wait. Like, seriously, where else are you going to get that? Fred Anderson would never 😄 Enough said, buy your next car from BMW of Asheville and ask for JT! I assure that you won’t regret it. ✨
