  Been going to them for a number of years and as always, they are absolutely fantastic. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful, and Al in particular is not only friendly, but knowledgeable and a consummate professional. I can’t say enough good things about all the people there.

  I felt an immediate connection with Johnna! She was very personable and had a great bubbly attitude. Test drove a Mazda Miata, popped the top on the Blue Ridge Parkway and had great ride. Everyone there was friendly and courteous. Named the car "Ruby" for the hot red color. Would definitely recommend BMW of Asheville. Very happy!

  I have a 2024 BMW m240i and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! I customized my car there 2 years ago and from the first call to every call, service, email, and text, the staff and mechanics are professional, informative, cordial, knowledgeable, and handle my car with kid-glove care. The administrative staff take the time to review all paperwork with me and answer any questions and all that I might have; same with the mechanics. Because my car is quite specialized, I wouldn’t trust it to just anyone and BMW of Asheville provides everything my car needs to remain in perfect condition - and that’s the way I keep it! BMW’s are called “The Ultimate Driving Machine” and trust me, they are! It takes highly specialized and trained mechanics with knowledgeable staff to uphold that tag line; and BMW of Asheville has, indeed, earned and deserves it!

  I had an excellent experience with BMW of Asheville for my recent service visit. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The service team was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. My car was well taken care of and ready as promised. It’s always reassuring to have a service department you can trust to take good care of your vehicle. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail.
