  My recent experience purchasing my BMW X3 M40i from BMW of Asheville was exceptional from start to finish. From our first conversation, she took the time to truly understand what I was looking for in a vehicle. Rather than trying to “sell” me something, she listened to my needs, answered every question thoroughly, and used her extensive knowledge of the BMW lineup to help me find the perfect vehicle that fit both my lifestyle and my preferences. What stood out most was the personalized experience she provided. Johnna was patient, honest, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right decision. She never came across as an aggressive salesperson, which made the entire buying process much more enjoyable and gave me confidence that I was making the right choice.   I have owned and driven BMW’s for 37 years now And it’s by far the nicest, most professional, best run, and well organized BMW dealership I’ve ever been in! Ryan, went above and beyond and was truly truly a professional! He is a huge asset to your company! I wish I could say I lived in Asheville so I Would/Could return for all my maintenance and BMW needs, but I don’t. I may never return, but I will never forget! It was a pleasure and an honor, and the staff there is remarkable!

  Decent dealership overall. They make it a LOT harder to purchase a vehicle vs Mercedes. Service department is fabulous during the vehicles’s first service. Their “chef” needs to learn how to deal with the public & he needs to ALWAYS wash his hands when cooking for anyone — esp after sitting there on his phone for 30 min prior. I didn’t even eat. Disgusting. Potentially dangerous. He may have been having a bad day. I dealt with him during the purchase & he was a different person. Not trying to slam someone, but be clean & at least halfway friendly.

  Scheduled service with a loaner car, took 40 minutes to get waited on. The car was dropped off for front breaks. Then was told I needed another repair in which I have a bumper to bumper warranty for the vehicle. The warranty company approved the repair but the dealership basically doubled the price of the repair by charging double for parts and labor. I will be taking the car somewhere else to have the warranty done at the warrany price. I won't return for another service. I had a horrible experiences at their Jeep service department and now at the BMW service department. If your ok with overpaying go for it, otherwise stay away. The one thing they are good at is taking your money with a smile.

  I was able to drop off my car, eat a free delicious veggie omelet with avocado and choice of cheese at their cafe in the lobby, then picked up a free loaner to use during the 4th of July holiday weekend, which was an upgrade over mine. The homemade cookies in the cafe are always great too! The macadamia cookies the guy made last monday were amazing! Savannah was nice to work with and made the process quick and easy. They washed my car and vacuumed the front floorboard, so it was shiny when I picked it up. Great service!
