After getting it started, drove to the Advance Auto on Hendersonville Road which is close to the intersection of Sweeten Creek Road and Hendersonville Road. Walked in and Leo was behind the counter and the only associate in the store. She had several customers come in to the store with the phone ringing off the hook. Leo didnt let any of that phase her, and she treated me as if I was the only customer there making sure I was taken care of. I also watched her treat the next customer the same way. Leo is fantastic and deserves top pay along with a promotion!!! She out-done any store with several employees! Excellent job young lady! You rock!!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
