  Safelite had a few ordering problems but kept in touch with finding the right windshield. Very professional and friendly. They even went to my friends home where there was a covered shop just in case it rained.

  The Safelite process was seamless. I came to the location with my vehicle and had the option to stay or come back to pick up, I stayed the young man explained the process and I walked out an hour later with a brand new windshield.

  The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They have a clean waiting area. My technician Frank was very knowledgeable, took time to answer questions and make me feel comfortable with the process.

  Though I'm not a big fan of having to block off an entire afternoon, the technician did reach out to me an hour or so before the "12-4pm" appointment time frame to let me know a more accurate approximate arrival time. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Overall. Good experience

  On a Thursday, a large rock smashed my windshield on the highway. I was able to easily go on the Safelite website and schedule an appointment for the following day for a windshield replacement. Franklin was the technician who attended me and he was heaven sent ! My appointment was at 1pm and by 2:43pm I was already back in my car with a new windshield! I was expecting to be there longer since my car required recalibration with the safety camera after the replacement. That quick, smooth and compassionate service was everything and more ! First and foremost, Franklin deserves a raise. He saw me with my baby and said he'd try to get the service done as quickly as possible, and he delivered. Secondly, Safelite provided an exceptional smooth straightforward service. Please do yourself a favor and if you need service just go straight to them. In a past occasion I used a different company and I was left very disappointed and waiting for hours JUST for a repair.
