  I had an outstanding experience at Mr. Tire thanks to Cassandra. She went above and beyond by matching the pricing from a local competitor, which saved me money and showed that she truly values her customers. She was professional, friendly, and made the entire process quick and hassle-free. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. I highly recommend Mr. Tire, and if you have the chance to work with Cassandra, you're in great hands!

  My tire went flat and I needed a tow and this is where I opted to be towed - I'm visiting the area. Turned out I needed new tires which I knew but was postponing, and the woman at the service desk was very helpful walking me through a couple of different options and prices. The work was done within an hour or two of the car arriving. I was very happy with the service overall.

  Pretty steep shop. Just go to places like discount tire, if you do not want any up sells, and like straightforward pricing. Having said that, the upselling starts even when you try to book an appointment online. They push additional services at every step. I originally went in just to get a tire patched, but they immediately told me it wasn’t repairable and that I needed to replace all four tires. For an AWD vehicle, I understand that replacing all four can be reasonable — that part wasn’t completely unfair. However, for a simple tire installation, they added an alignment service, which wasn’t necessary in my case since I had just had one done recently. On top of that, they charged over $140 just for installation alone, which is noticeably expensive for standard 17-inch tires.

  Amazing customer service !! They went above and beyond to diagnose my strange problem and had it resolved almost immediately. They were more concerned about customer service and resolving the problem than the cost. I would highly recommend!!

  Great customer service! I made a same day apt and they asked me to come in early to make sure they had the parts so I came by on my lunch break. They diagnosed everything fast and were ready for me when I came back for my apt. Super quick, painless, and they did everything they could to make it affordable. I’ll be back!!
