I made an appointment the night prior well after their closing time and the speed and service demonstrated by the team was only matched by the professionalism of the staff members working the service counter. Lis was extremely helpful in making sure everything went as expediently as possible. The staff of this store is the reason why I will be a returning customer to Mr. Tire in the future.

- TRTim ReynoldsAug 6, 20261.0Not a trustworthy or reputable shop. I took my car in to have two tires replaced. While they were securing the tires back in they stripped a bolt and damaged the thread. The front desk refused to admit that they did this and tried to say it was like that when they got it. Only the outer most edge of the thread and bolt were damaged so it couldn't have been like that before. The proposed solution to hide Mr. Tire's mistake was to take an impact drill and force the bolt back in which would have caused thousands of dollars of damage to my car. I declined and had the OEM fix Mr. Tire's mistake.
