  Front Desk lady is super disrespectful and throwing stuff on the table. I was there at 4:40 pm. My appointment is at 5:00 PM for state inspection. When I greet her good evening and said good day when leaving she is not even responding. Very limited talk, demanding what she needs and throwing stuff after inspection done. They work thru out the day but it’s not necessary to be rude and disrespectful.

  They rescheduled the state vehicle appointment time. After waiting for a hour at the service center, we were informed that the inspection device was not working and asked to reschedule again. Overall the customer service at the front desk needs significant improvement.

  I don’t recommend coming to Mr. Tire Auto Service in Apex, NC. I had a 9:00 AM appointment for new tires, an oil change, and an inspection. When I arrived, the receptionist, Cassandra, was very rude. I was then told that I wouldn’t be able to get my inspection done that day, even though that was the main reason for my appointment. At around 11:00 AM, I overheard the mechanic asking the receptionist what services were being done to my car because it had been sitting in the bay for two hours. She responded that it only needed an oil change and new tires, and mentioned that she had removed the inspection from the appointment. Around 11:30 AM, I asked how much longer the wait would be, and she rudely responded that she had already told me it was going to take a while. By that point, I already knew they hadn’t even started working on my car based on the conversation I overheard. I’m highly upset with the lack of communication, poor customer service, and overall unprofessionalism. After my car was finally finished, Cassandra tried to ease my frustration, but by that point I was already beyond upset with the entire experience.

  The work itself was done properly, but there were two major issues: 1. I was given a specific time slot and assured the work would be completed by a certain time, but it ended up running 25 minutes late. That delay caused me to miss my next appointment. 2. The employee with the colored hair had an extremely poor attitude. She was the one who gave me the inaccurate timing, and based on what another staff member told me the following day, she should not have committed to that schedule in the first place. After reading other reviews, it’s clear that many customers have had similar negative experiences with her.

  I went in recently for an oil change and an inspection. The “call center” booked me without knowing whether they had a state inspector at that particular location, which when I arrived I was told they couldn’t do an inspection on this day During my oil change, they brought me into the service bay to show me that the brake pads needed to be replaced in the front and rear as well as rear rotors needed replacing They told me that I WOULD NOT pass inspection and they could order the parts and perform the work soon I refrained as I wanted to get a second opinion. I went to get my vehicle inspected to see if this recommendation of spending $1200+ on new rotors and brake pads was valid. I passed my inspection…this is exactly why most people don’t trust mechanics and I will never return to a Mr.Tire again
