- NNNickAug 16, 20265.0I got in for a last minute appointment to fix my tires. Another (Non-Mavis) local shop put them on backwards, rendering it unsafe to drive. Mavis helped me out, and the manager Daniel answered my questions about the car while it was being worked on. It was evident that the management is passionate & knowledgable about cars and want to help you in the most straightforward way possible. I will be going to this location from now on.

I was put on wait for 4+ hrs and when the car was returned the brake was not working causing an accident outside the store. They took another hour to fix the brake - causing big headache to miss work and damage to car.
- CBChris BrowningAug 6, 20261.0Horrible experience they gave me a good quote over the phone for 2 tires due to getting a flat tire I had to get a tow to their location for hours I watched them do nothing to my vehicle finally 4 hours later a guy comes to update me that they cannot remove the driver side lugnut then solid they were going to try to heat it up then still did nothing for another 30 minutes so I had to tell them to just do the one tires I can go home then I was charged more than was quoted then I noticed they changed my phone number and email to avoid me getting a survey
