  New customer for life! I had a nail in my tire at 37 weeks pregnant and had no idea what to do. Stephen at Mavis made the whole experience incredibly easy. He was friendly, professional, and had me in and out in no time. His customer service was excellent, and he made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. This was honestly the best experience I’ve had at a car shop. Thanks again, Stephen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came in to have my battery replaced, and Stephen made the entire experience stress-free. What really stood out was the time he took to thoroughly explain the condition of my vehicle. He didn’t just replace the battery—he carefully walked me through what was going on, pointed out things I should monitor, and gave me valuable advice on the precautions I should take to keep my vehicle running safely and reliably. It’s not often you come across someone who is so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping customers understand their vehicles. She was welcoming, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She kept me informed throughout the process and made everything easy and stress-free. It's refreshing to receive customer service from someone who genuinely cares about the customer and the company Amaya works For . My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner, and I left feeling confident that everything was done right. Thank you, Amaya, for going above and beyond.   I purchased tires through them which were faulty. The experience with getting them replace through my manufactures warranty went very well. The staff were awesome and complimentary. I appreciated the friendly staff, the timeliness of the shop getting me scheduled and even the wait was not bad at all. I highly recommend and will continue to come here for my tire service needs. Stephen and Amaya are the best!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Mavis Tires and wanted to recognize Stephen for providing outstanding customer service. I called on Monday because I was concerned about my husband’s brakes, and the person I spoke with was incredibly friendly and told me to bring the car in that same day to have it checked. That level of responsiveness immediately gave me confidence. I ended up bringing the car in on Tuesday, and within 15–20 minutes they had already diagnosed the problem and clearly explained what was causing the issue. Even more impressive, the brake repair was completed in about an hour. Stephen was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. It’s refreshing to find an auto repair shop that values both great customer service and quick, quality work. I highly recommend this Mavis location and will definitely be returning for future service. Thank you, Stephen, and the entire team!
