  I booked a rental sedan the night before my trip. Got the confirmation number which was my phone number but when I arrived at the location 3 minutes early they looked me up in the system and said they had no reservations for my name or phone number and fully booked with no vehicles available. I told them the phone number I called and they said we have several phone numbers we use but when I showed them address and phone that was attached to the address they apologized, shrugged and said there is nothing they can do about it. I had to go somewhere else to get my rental.

  Worst enterprise ever. They told us they don't have any cars then said if we want the next car we have to pay extra. Complete lies just to get more money from us, worst customer service, and honestly the way they treated us felt like racism. Don't waste your time here, better to drive few more miles to the airport or the Cary / Holly Springs locations.

  The staff who handed me the key of the kona ,he is a young guy,was wonderful and very nice, staff are absolutely kind and friendly, that is how you treat a customer, customer service is excellent in Apex enterprise. I think they enjoy what they are doing. - your customer : Cloyd Santiago

  I’m very disappointed with how Enterprise handled my situation. During a rental, I discovered several firearm magazines that had apparently been left inside the glove compartment by a previous renter. I immediately reported them to Enterprise because I believed it was a serious safety concern. I fully cooperated when Enterprise representatives and law enforcement later came to retrieve the items. Shortly afterward, I attempted to rent another vehicle and was told Enterprise would no longer rent to me. When I asked why, I was not given an explanation. I later submitted a formal complaint asking Enterprise to review the situation and explain the decision. I recently contacted Customer Service again. One representative told me I had been placed on a “Do Not Rent” list and that removal was up to the local branch. I then spoke with another representative, who told me that my complaint was still being processed. My concern is not simply that Enterprise decided not to rent to me. My concern is that I reported a safety issue, fully cooperated, and still have not received a clear explanation for the decision. I hope Enterprise will review this situation and improve communication with customers who raise legitimate safety concerns.
