Very professional, efficient and friendly. Shout out to Jason and Ryan who were working the day I went in. I received a phone call the day before to confirm my reservation (that was made through Costco). I arrived ~11:45a for a 12p pick up on a Sunday. About 2 others in line before me. Ryan pulled up my reservation and I was provided a car that matched the reservation (compact). Unfortunately upon inspection there was a detail that needed to be addressed so they were able to accommodate another car, same size. The pick up process was smooth and I was out by 12:15p. By the time I was leaving there were at least 5 more in line. Yet the wait did not seem long. The employee that was also detailing the cars to turn over after they had been returned was also working very efficiently. Unfortunately due to an issue on my end, I had to return the car sooner than planned and Jason provided an efficient check out process. From the availability I could see, this location has a good variety of cars (economy, compact, intermediate, SUV, minivan)

Enterprise’s fuel policy (they don’t fill it up but still charge you if you don’t) is a cash trap for their customers and holding a $300 security deposit for days is a joke. They tried to charge me $21 for gas even though I left it with more (over half a tank) than they gave it to me (which was less than half a tank). If I had not challenged it when I reviewed the final bill, I would not have known until comparing to the agreement later. Never again if I can help it.

I don’t typically leave Google reviews, but my recent experience with the Apex Enterprise location was disappointing enough that I felt it was worth sharing constructive feedback.
There were issues throughout the experience that, individually, may have been manageable, but together reflected a lack of operational attention to detail and customer care.
I confirmed multiple times that I needed to be picked up from Gerber Collision at 8:30 AM, including calling again while I was on my way there. Despite that, I waited over an hour for pickup.
When I finally received the rental vehicle, the gas tank was essentially empty - something that was even noted on the contract. Having to immediately stop for gas after picking up a rental is inconvenient and creates a poor first impression. The Bluetooth in the vehicle also did not work.
The most concerning part of the experience happened after I returned the car. I received a call from the manager, Grant, informing me that I would be charged a $250 detailing fee for dog hair found in the back seat. I repeatedly explained that I never had a dog in the vehicle.
To his credit, he did review the security footage and ultimately confirmed that the car had not been properly cleaned before it was rented to me. However, the overall interaction felt unnecessarily accusatory from the beginning, and the follow-up conversation lacked the level of professionalism and accountability I would expect in a situation where the business was ultimately at fault.
What this experience highlighted more than anything is the importance of quality control and how customer concerns are handled. Delays happen. Mistakes happen. But customers should not feel blamed for issues that originated with the company’s own process failures.
My hope is that this feedback is taken seriously because most of these issues were preventable with better communication, vehicle preparation, and a more customer-focused approach to problem resolution.

Horrible service. They called me and told me just a day before my reservation that my booking is not available and going to cancel. They have no clue on how the booking is confirmed without having a vehicle. Disgusting customer experience. I would give a 0 star if that was a choice.

I wouldn’t give this enterprise location 1 star if I didn’t have to in order to write a review. This has been the worst since I started renting from enterprise. I came in last Monday to rent a STANDARD car and was offered an ECONOMY Mitsubishi Mirage. I declined this vehicle and asked for another. The only other vehicle that was available was a Ford pick up truck, which I also had to pay and extra $20 a day for. The truck was filthy from pet hair everywhere to trash under the seats to stuff being spilled in multiple areas. I asked for another vehicle which was also dirty but in a better condition than the previous one. I was told a full size would be available the next morning but when I arrived then, I ended up with another Ford pick up truck because “NOTHING ELSE WAS AVAILABLE.” When I brought the Ford Pick up truck back, I was 20 minutes past their closing time and was charged for an entire extra day. I am furious because not only did I try calling the branch location and someone kept picking up the phone and hanging it up but I also called customer care and was told that this was fine and to just leave the key in the drop box. When I realized I was overcharged, the branch manager (GRANT) was very rude and dismissive as he was through this entire rental process. Not once did he apologize for any of the inconveniences of being given a dirty vehicle or not having what I reserved available. When I asked for his last name he said “you do not need to know that and hung up in my face.” I eventually found it. But please save yourself and GO TO ANOTHER RENTAL COMPANY or a better Enterprise location.
