They also were not super aggressive about insurance, which I appreciated. Will definitely rent from them again.

I did the rental 100% on line and went to the location to pick up my vehicle. The customer service was top notch!!! I was met and taken to the counter , verified as to who I was and my “paperwork “ was in order. We then went out to the lot, took a once around and was on my way. Easy is an understatement… the people at this location were professional, helpful, and kind. I took my rental back today and again greeted with the same enthusiasm as when I arrived days ago. We went out did a once around and that was that. Close by , courteous, super easy…. Will definitely use them again if the need arrives. Great experience!!! Highly recommended.

If you don’t have cars available, why does your website continue to show them as available for booking? This is completely misleading and a waste of customers’ time. I planned my trip based on your confirmation, only to be turned away. A booking system that doesn’t reflect actual availability is unacceptable. Either keep your inventory accurate or stop allowing customers to make reservations you can’t honor. Very disappointing experience.
