  Even though I had a reservation, they told they are sold out. Don’t understand why they take reservations when they don’t have vehicles.

  I have used this location for years, business and personal use. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The cars are great as well. They offer newer models and they are always clean. Would definitely recommend Enterprise and the Apex location!

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Enterprise. I communicated with the staff and specifically let them know that I was leaving to deposit money for the vehicle I planned to rent. At no point was I informed that the location would be closing early at 1 PM. After taking the time to get the money together and make arrangements, I returned only to find the location closed with no assistance, no communication, and no consideration for my situation. The entire interaction felt very dismissive and rushed, as if the staff simply wanted to close quickly rather than help a paying customer. The attitude and lack of professionalism I experienced were unacceptable. Instead of offering solutions or proper communication, the service came across as nasty, unhelpful, and inconsiderate. A simple warning about the early closing time could have prevented this entire situation. I expected much better customer service and communication from Enterprise, especially when customers are actively trying to complete a rental transaction. This experience caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and frustration.
