Nice and polite staff, parking is ample, store looks clean, three people available to assist customers.......... BUT tried to tell me they couldn't exchange or return the wheel cover that didnt fit my steering wheel! That they could only do store credit. When in fact I called earlier and they told me they could return it as long as I had my phone number. I give it two stars for miss information.

I visited AutoZone to purchase coolant and windshield wiper fluid for my Audi Q5. Inside the store, I asked an employee at the counter if someone could assist me with putting the products in my vehicle, but I was told they did not provide that service. I acknowledged that and headed outside with my purchase. Once in the parking lot, I was struggling to open my hood when a woman named Erica noticed and immediately offered to help. Without hesitation, she assisted me in filling both the windshield washer fluid and coolant. I am truly grateful for her kindness and willingness to help when I was unsure of what to do. While my experience inside the store was disappointing, Erica’s compassion and assistance completely turned it around. She went above and beyond and made a difficult moment much easier for me.
