  I went to Autozone because my engine light was on, and I went to the right place for sure! Devon greeted me and jumped into action. He checked my oil, scanned my car and checked the battery. Let me just say this man is an angel, he is very knowledgeable, super helpful and spent the time with me discussing the results of the scan so I completely understood, and helped me put together a plan. He even checked the date of the battery and let me know its still under warranty, I had no idea!! Devon's level of customer service, knowledge and professionalism were above and beyond my expectations, and I am super grateful for his help. It felt so good to have someone legit care when I was feeling anxious about my car. What a gentleman, the world could use more men like this!! The store was clean and organized and the vibe spot on. Thanks for being there 💕

  Hoy dia recibí el mas horrible servicio ,llege con mi esposo y estaba una chica latina de cajera y yo esperaba en la línea y en vez de atenderme ami le pregunta ala persona que es americano en la parte de atrás que si lo ayudaba por que el abia llegado primero que yo ,el americano con tanta pena respondió no la señora lleva rato esperando ,,,le dige que si podía chequear mi batería y con un mal genio solo la toma y respondió esto no sirve ,,si mas nada sentí que el trato asia mi persona muy malo porque con los americanos ella fue muy linda y si pensé que no entendía solo por ser latina gran error de ella

  I had a great experience here on April 28! The two gentleman at the night shift helped me pick out windshield wipers and fluid and helped me put them on! It was so kind and they had a great attitude! Will definitely be back for any car needs in the future

  I was having battery trouble and once I got a jump I drove straight to Autozone. I called the front desk inside my car and they came out straight away to help me out. Eric explained to me what the battery test was and even did it a few times in front of me to show me I need a new battery. He cleaned away any corrosion near the battery and put battery in for me, even replaced a small part that was over corroded for free. Thank you Eric!! You're amazing!
